Caven must have averaged less than 90 in the last set.

he would have won if he had kept up to his previous standard

i suppose that is why he loses close games on tv all the time.

Lori

I prefer 4-3 Barney at 8.6 but similar sentiments cloughy.

What a great answer, had already placed my +2.5, hope you had something invested in that response. Cool

im not a hater of jabba, he sems a nice guy, probably the problem, too nice to win.the stats suggests he could easily have won but that's always the cse ,he coulda woulda, but didn't.net resukt hes out in round two again.there seems to be many players with less ability than caven who get to 1/4 and semi finals.if it wsnt lack of killer instinct then caven would surely get further now and again

He takes defeat well on tv but off the stage he'll be fuming inside.

Hope all is ok DnB at hospital mate

Cheers hh. Appreciated Cool
My mother decided christmas time was a good opportunity to totally smash her tibia and fibula bones. Walking along and simply twisted her ankle and the bones literally disintegrated. That was 2 weeks ago. So far she has endured 3 operations and a skin graft to try put it right. Sedated to high heaven and in her own little world. I guess it helps with the healing process, though I don't want her to come out of it a zombie.

Update - Where's the head in hands man? Plain

Just off the phone with the hospital. Following 3 operations and still no sign of healing, an infection has set in. Therefore the only option is to have the leg removed from the knee down. I can't get my head around it. From a school running champion to being totally crocked in her mid 20's following a bodged back operation. Over 40 years of constant pain and suffering and now this. An animal would have been put to sleep years ago.

P.S. I'm only sharing the info on here because there's some really good people on the forum. Sorry if putting a dampner on things...The live darts action and top banter will resume within the next hour. Happy

Sorry to hear that D&B - that's awful mate Sad

And there was me feeling sorry for myself over the last week or so in having a limp version of the flu that's resigned me to the couch and kept me in over Crustmas.
