got a feeling this goes all the way, not gonna bet anymore on it happy to cop the little lay of 3 zip as I was gonna go over 5.5 180s till it shortened

im a big unit 5ft , eas 18 stone 4 got it to 16 5 but up to 16 9 so gotta get back, was swimming 90 lengths a week and walking the dog 2 hours a day but shoulder probs and a touch of sciatica has curtailed swimming for about 10 days

reasonably for my size but I am diabetic and prone to high blood pressure(got both those things nicely under control with pills till lasy 2 weeks, noy checked my sugar levels for a couple of eeks could bear to look after those mince pies
