BDO are in the process of losing 2 young guns from their org. Daryl Gurney (Northern Ireland) & Dave Pallett (England).
Pallett lost 6-5 v louis blundell in the final game. Blundell receives tour card.
Dave Pallett represented Team England in the Internationals, and got ko'd in last 32 of world masters. If he don't get a tour card he'll be left in no mans land with the 180 day bdo ban

Seen Sams play quite a bit in open comps, hasnt been that great so must have upped his game
My mate is a bit more brutal saying 'Sams is crap and wins matches on name only' Sams sits on 7 points now?, my mate is currently sitting on 2 points

Kev Dowling looking good for an imminent return to the pro tour with a further 9 points today. But watch out! The Huybrechts are coming. Ronny wins his tour card teams up with his brother for Belgium in the world cup of darts. 33/1 best price and rubbed my eyes when 150 became available on bf. I only got €2 on of my initial £20. Looking to get the £18 on at some stage. Not a bad 2pts bet :)

Krispy said he had a bad migrane so pulled out today but will be playing tomorrow. One player expected to do well is Oxfordshire's Jon Jukes. He currently has zero points. The forum pervs would be dribbling over his mrs if he gets on the big stage. Allow me an aside.....I played my old mucker Kev Dowling in a comp a couple of weeks ago., well thats not the real story. I got chatti.g to Supermac Kev McDine and after laughing and prodding him one too many times he chinned me lol. Not hard, and not soft either. Then he walked away from me haha. Both KEv's sit proudly at the top of the ranking points table. P.S. Supermac had enough of my praising the bdo players at the world champs :-D and fone posting once again!

Quite amazing how many good players are struggling, aside from the ones the regulars everyone knows, along wioth Jon Jukes, regular money comp winner and England international Jamie Robinson only has 2 points
And has beaten Jon himself and Brian Woods

Anyone thing the Q system should be little different.
All the players should perhaps play more games every day say 6 matches and top 20+ over 3 days (18 matches) go through.
Maybe have sunday as a knockout tournie to give the rest of players a chance.

Definitely the luck of the draw as there's a lot of duffers chucking £200 into the pdc pot just to experience the 4 day challenge and a chance to pit their wits against some quality players. I know at least player who qualified through the rileys/redtooth? route, had their entrance fees paid for, but when the 180 day BDO ban was published they declined the offer???

There's room for a 2nd tier of the PDC Pro Tour. But like previous players who dropped out of the top 64 say, the PDC have what they want, why increase their work load for another 100+ jobbers!

Yep McDine clearly knew he was already there before last match and when pressure was off produces a 9 darter
Clearly Kirky should now be odds on to be 2014 world champ though???

Would think the next 10-20 players will get to play the majority of events anyway, as there are always withdrawals from each event
Darren Webster didnt get through q school last year and still got in the Worlds

Jamie played in the bdo and tried the pdc Q school route. As things stand he's fecked now nobby. 180 bdo ban, and only selected pdc events:
"All players who missed out on winning a Tour Card retain Associate Membership of the PDPA for 2013, meaning that they can compete in all eight UK Open Qualifiers alongside the European Tour qualifying events this year, as well as the World Championship PDPA Qualifier in November."
The pitfalls of trying to better yourself and being left in no man's land. At least he'll still have the weekend opens to play in?

Strangest question ever, thought you were from Essex anyway so assume you are on the wind up in general as I am sure you know Jamie
Unlike others D & B Jamie had a sponsor for the year if he got through, so was worth the risk, dont think he was interested in the BDO tour anyway this year, he will be happy cleaning up the money comps
