Taylor, Wade & Lewis (and Part in his day) are quite incredible at doing these sorts of things to their opponents, mentally hurting them when their confidence is high by punishing their missed doubles and then taking the p*** when they know they are gone, like James leaving that 138 for Newton

Wade's the best doubler I've seen under pressure in the last 5 years. And that includes Taylor. Not as heavy a scorer but under the gun he hits more often than not

Wade should change from "the machine" to "the cleaner" after this. Mind you i doubt he would have much to clean against any of the potential semi final opponents. He would be lucky to get many darts at a double with his scoring tonight.
