Where did you sit at OT WD? Were you in that giant stand with the pavilion on your left? I've always sat opposite that stand and the facilities coped fine. Only for T20 games admittedly.

Aus won't bust a gut to win no, but to England a loss and a draw are probably equally disappointing. They're likely to keep catchers in as runs become irrelevant, upping the scoring rate.

must be certain that there will be a lot of play tomorrow, otherwise draw wouldnt be 6.4

4 to 5 an over only need roughly 50 overs or 10 wkts , roughly half a days play + catch up

Lose an hour an yeah Stokes might toss it up but Shirley Aussie will not go for it if they just have to bat time. If it is dry tomorrow the ball might all reverse Then scoring runs should make it less pressure batting. So glad I took an equal green. My head would have exploded by now. Last result possible was a draw |

I sat in the fun stand and it was anything but. Loud mouthy Nirthern Monkeys with raised voices talking sheite all day and couldn’t hold their beer getting up for the khaki or bar during overs and it continued all day. There is a hum at Lords and The Oval. People talk and don’t shout. OT was absolutely the pits! Maybe we were just unlucky with seating. We were right at the front at least so if the Monkeys did jump up and down and the stand were to creek we could jump onto the pitch. We made an escape plan as soon as we saw the height and construction and double downed on the plan when they started banging their feet as we were sure they would be stupid enough to start jumping in unison like football fans ( they probably were ) we saw what happened in was it Panama recently! |

It looks like play will probably start on time tomorrow morning and if Australia lose early wickets and them winning starts to look unlikely then it's block everything until the game reaches stalemate.
I'm equally green on all three results but I'm thinking that England's price is on the low side so I'll see how things stand after say an hour or so to see if a bit of tweaking is in order. |

Still sitting on the draw as my only bet from Saturday. I should have laid England instead but draw still quite possible. Australia need at least 70 overs to score that many at their usual rate but if they get to 250 without loss they will speed up and win.

I greened up early on in this match but then I started listening to the moaners. England should have been ahead. They would be moral winners etc. I kept saying to myself England had the best chances, won all of the tosses in the previous matches and if the Aussies hadn't dropped so many catches in the first innings this result would be completely different. But I didn't listen to myself and backed England with a saver on the draw. Will I be kicking myself at the end of the day?

Good morning people, it's quite a bright start to the day here in South London.
Overcast with the sun trying to break through and I'd guess it's about 18C so play will start on time. A delicately poised game indeed and I'm thinking that the England price will drift as this first session progresses. |

Even green, would lay England if I were forced to take a position - batting has been super easy since day two.
Butchered a healthy chunk of green during yesterday's rain delay. Who/whatever's the major market maker caused a major spike in the draw price - I c@cked myself and vomited my draw bet (7.4) back at a decent loss (8.2) like a prize n00b. Then watched it meander back to 6.4 in under thirty minutes. Reassured myself that I was right, through the tears, but had baked beans for tea. |
