CSA has been going in loss for ages now, thanks to corruption. Last month they lost it and stopped 5 journalists from covering a game. The journos bought normal tickets and went in and were allowed into the media box anyways. The week after, the sponsors threatened CSA they would withdraw their support(wtf are they making anyways?). There was a high level meeting between management and sponsors. CEO was fired but people say the whole structure that facilitates the corruption is still there.

Boucher is now the boss of a black coach who was trained to be a coach and was next in line apparently. Even if Bouch was a long term coach, he isn't going to last long with that kind of an appointment in south africa.

Quite possibly, but just don't burden him with it and all of the other garbage that comes with being captain.

Wonderful final session. Stokes is an incredible cricketer. He performs when he's most needed. 6 catches, 3 last session wickets and 100+ runs.

SA were heroic in batting 138 overs.

Lowest odds I saw were 1.33, during the final session.

Credit to elisjohn whom I laughed at when he suggested backing the draw in the 70s.

I had withdrawn all my funds on day 2 of the test. Taking a break. My profits for the last 16 months read -40 Euros(at one point I was up +4k in June). The lack of discipline getting the better of me. On day 2 I got a 500 red on the aus game and tilted and the first thing I did was withdraw the funds.

I have also launched my own agency so should get pretty busy in a week's time. Maybe i'll be back in April. Have fun and long live the KING

Yep I got £90 but was so convinced the pitch would pop I only covered the draw red and didn't build any contingency to lay off comedy green draw which at 90 was free money. Shoulda known better really.

The pitch did ease up somewhat. I really did think it would open up but didn't fully.

I am not a statto, maybe we need Tom to do some homework but there are certain points in a Test Match where a team comes back from on a regular basis, around 18-20. I am not saying they win from there but they usually get back down to 3's or so.

I also think sometimes you have a gut feeling either about the pitch, weather or light and it is worth on occasion worth a Hail Mary. The skill in that though is to back the play with some real beans. Trade some green and then hope for a bit of luck. Small amounts at high odds is really tinkering and then you tend to focus on the mathematics rather than the game situation.

I know when I win I am concentrating on the match. Primarily on the pitch, the ball, weather, time etc etc etc. When I lose I am usually looking at if I buy it for this I can sell it for that and reduce my losses. When that happens I tend to hold our further for a small profit then it all goes bandy!

So for me it is concentrate on the game build a good position and LEAVE IT ( that is my style of gambling on cricket ) but if you throw a Hail Mary with good grounds throw a decent amount at it. This may not be tennis but over 5 days there is a lot of ebb and flow.

I tend to do most of my gambling on days one and two. If I am throwing money after that I am usually losing or being greedy which are both stupid options. I know some of you are traders. The secret is know your style. Just like in cricket. Know what you do well and leave the wide ball on a length unless you have runs in the bank!

I got 90 on the draw I mean when it was trading in the 65-85 range. It just got taken for some reason. It went back down to 65 immediately after that.
