You need a certain mindset though to be successful at a blockathon. Not sure if other teams have it like SA did.

all joking aside ..juce..Eng SHOULD be capable of saving the match on THIS strip but still reckon, even if there was a worthwhile stand(or even 2) they will contrive to fk up..it's in their DNA,irrespective of new coaches or purported different mindset

Its moved quickly from 3.15 to 2.50 though... but it did take a while to get to 2.1 this morning. So you could be right.

In poker, a "nit" is a player who is very tight. A "nit" will only engage in hands in which they are almost certain that they are ahead. For example, a "nit" may only raise hands such as QQ, KK, AA and maybe AK.

When NZ started with those strange tactics yesterday, I felt Kane was setting up a score where England would be tempted to go for runs to force a draw.

Stokes 0 off 24 he has really blossomed of late into a really responsible class act

u couldn't leave him out of any World side imho(as a batsman who can bowl rather than vice versa)

people will remember his leeds knock for the hitting at the end but it was something like 3 off the 1st 70 balls, which was the platform for the 1 best game winning knocks you could wish to see

When he first came on to the scene I thought he was just another soft english cricketer. But of course he wasn't English.

Santner is the key. No one else looks remotely threatening. I think he'll bowl all day. Or when he goes out of the attack draw crashes.

Fine, but an afternoon shower or two possible. Light winds and afternoon sea breezes.
