Been a surprisingly good trading market - let's hope the lasses get more Tests in future.

This has been an epic market for placing orders well away from current price.

quite incredible how a team must win to stay in a tournament but playing for a draw, really is totally baffling Shocked

If "W" is the accepted abbreviation for "Women" then surely "G" is fine for "Girl" e.g. as in "Girl's Ashes".

So should we be calling this "The G.Ashes" ?

Can Aus girls take 14 wickets? possibly I suppose.
Molineux and Perry are very good at bowling.

I don't see why Schutt would not be effective with the new ball too. Under-bowled thus far, maybe carrying a niggle?

I have a sense Aus will go odds on today

217 in 89 overs when you have to win?

Ok CS.

I'm confused by the tactics yesterday (too late now). England had to go hard at getting to 300 and then declare.

Petite lasses dont create footmarks, not like a couple of man mountains like the Overtons.  No Cyderabad here!

Declaring exactly at 270 would be symbolic but seeing as they are behind and scoring quickly they might as well keep going until all out, cos there's still going to be a deficit to knock off even if Aus crumble in a heap.

271, I mean.

Meanwhile Gloucester's openers have scored 40 runs in the same time as these lassie tail-enders
have scored slightly more, also against a new ball - fair play to them.

Is the market displaying correctly for anyone here? I'm not seeing the second innings score.

Can't see it either.

13-0 at lunch.

They weren't showing the fourth and fifth set scores during Wimbledon either. Such a shocking degree of deterioration in attitude by BF.

really poor show !! bad for women's cricket, England did not even give themselves a chance of winning the ashes, baffling lack of intent !!

108 overs were scheduled for today. They would have known this yesterday.

Not saying they could have forced a win, but they only accelerated right at the end of the innings today.

Brunt took the new ball which made no sense. It's a Kookaburra and swings briefly so Shrubsole should have opened.

England have had no chance for ages and Australia still intent on having batting practice.

Pathetic advert for women's cricket.

Aren't they supposed to provide entertainment?

Need to think twice about having even one test match.

Zero awareness of their responsibilty to develop the game. With so much sport on this Summer, do they think this approach is in any way good for womens cricket?

Could have declared at tea with the RRR at over 6, with far superior bowlers.

Think that Perry plodding to a century is more important than the game.

The lasses are at it again tonight in T20 and I will be giving priority to this over the Blighty Blast.
