It did plenty early doors, but a run out and a few poor shots were the main cause in the last 2 sessions

This is the start of rainy season in T&T so you never know. Also the last game here was rained off with one heavy shower. Only about 1 session was played in the whole game and it was sunny throughout!!

That one and the simultaneous SA NZ test each cost me around £5k.

The ground started out damp. That’s what screwed me in the RL CMM market for the Warks game too. That was another £3k.

quite frustrating watching most of the day without having a punt...
from what i watched the new ball swung a bit early doors and caused a bit of mayhem to the top order, easpecially one terrific spell from Lakmal..i expect big Shannon (if fit)to go well early but as the comms say today should be best for batting.Windies did chuck it away and Hope didnt seem at the races at all.
as for the weather the various sites ive looked at all say sunday could be a filthy day but its a long way off at the mo.
cant bring myself to back the draw with these two teams,i will miss start of play and cant use mobile so will wait until later and see whats on offer...

SICKENING though prob understandable Lanka went back odds on. Bishoo needs to continue what he was doing as long as Dowrich is out there.

There was a delivery late in the day from Perera that burst through the surface.Admittedly it was the only one but it would be enough to worry me if I was on the draw.

Thinking about a cheeky draw play her. Of course I strongly fancy the Lankan's to win as by the end of the match I feel only one team could be arrested for impersonating a cricket team. I digress.

So anyway my punt and that is all it is, is based on a completely long shot that WI can bat through or at least most of the morning session. OK that is a long shot on its' own but if it does happen by some miracle and freak of nature the pitch should be at its' best today and I would hope SL bat through relatively unscathed by close. A couple of wickets down only would send their price and the draw down hugely leaving the chance of another long shot covering bet on Windies if there is no rain and the pitch does spin.

There is possible weather on Sunday I do beleive. Have they bought more covers for the ground....?

Ashley I am talking complete tosh but I have had a small bet on the draw to keep me ineterested and am looking for something between 15 and 20 later today. That was me btw causing the draw to fall to low 6'sLaugh!

I took out the 7.6!

But I have a point. Early into the rainy season anything could happen. Don't get over exposed!

Putting down bricks to keep the covers down so they don't blow away!

If there is a serious down pour on Sunday?

The ground must be quite dry though unlike the match against India which was already wet underneath
