Draw on an excursion up after I’d already got most of my green on it. Trying to get half of the grand left at 6.2 though, which is surely too high.

Yeah, nobody was expecting rain today, were they? Still, actual evidence is more reassuring than prediction, to be fair.

going to have to ride it out for a bit. Running the risk of turning 10k green into red

I was more at a decent claret and am now looking at a Bulgarian wine of uncertain grape.

Jesus! It’s gone so far I feel obliged to dig a bit deeper and have now just got £50 green results if the 6.8 I’ve just put up is taken.

My scratch is 7s but I'm starting to think something underhand is on the cards

I’ve got a bit on some run lines too so could even end up losing money overall if WI fall apart quickly.

absolutely no support for the draw whatsoever

My back of 200 runs at 1.34 has just been taken (got some higher earlier). Would be a major effort not to get another 61 runs against the SL attack. Feels like it should be about 1.12 to me.

The game will likely come back to you as long as  everything is straight.

I don't think it's bent, just market manipulation. Tough to watch the move though, from a personal point of view

Pitch report: Still a good surface if a batsman is determined to stick around. But the length area from one end, is beginning to open up, and that'll mean that the region will wear out more as the Test progresses.
