w/o doubt the most overrated 'batsman' in history

Pak same price as they were this morning!

Nice, draw price spiked to my 10.5s. Back to £2k green draw now. England price still on v hard drugs.

its f'ing crazy...mortgage job but i see sarfraz laughing at me in my cardboard box

By:
How will England get 400 plus without Cook? Surely far less likely.
By:
looks like this mkt is a golden opportunity
Pak will prob still be a backable price if Eng don't make up the 1st inns deficit! |
By:
In fact, draw and England prices both on drugs. Have a walking wicket in and one to come at 4 then a T20 player at 7 and a terrible tail. Not quite sure what I’m looking for to lay draw again. 7.8s?

Is this Englands worst batting lineup in our living memory?
By:
I have layed England and will be taking the walk the dog approach here. Will be back for the evening session lads. And not watching tomorrow.
Good luck and may England lose. Bye. |
By:
Other thing to say is that the England batting is stroke players now. Cook is the only real sticker. Even if they get 450 it will leave time for a result.
By:
must be the Eng selectors forming this Betfair mkt and we all know how much they know about cricket!

Hmm, is pretty awful. The one that lost to NZ in the late 90s with Thorpe the only real stand out (Stewart was keeping) and Caddick, Mullally, Tufnell and Giddins 8 to 11 was pretty special.
Holy fecks this was my first ever test series that I watched on TV and that didn't involve South Africa. Wasn't Alex Tudor also in that team? Mark Ealhem(spelling wrong probably)? and one more fat allrunder i forgot the name. |

Doubt the link will workr but was the 1999 Oval test v NZ:
http://www.espncricinfo.com/series/15816/scorecard/63844/england-vs-new-zealand-4th-test-new-zealand-tour-of-england-1999 Maddy Atherton Hussain Thorpe Stewart Ramprakash Irani Caddick Mullally Tufnell Giddins Pretty special tail and some rather bad specialists too. |

when athers & nass were around it was donald/pollock, warne/mcgrath, walsh/ambrose etc etc
v different to today |
By:
Avgs of Athers/Hussain not great but there were some superb opening bowlers around in the 90s!
By:
exactly T3
By:
everyone is much better once they retire!
By:
they will talk about Anderson/Broad in the same vein in the future
By:
This is the "once bitten" Pakistan syndrome dictating the market. They should be 1.4.
By:
Root, Cook and Bairstow are fine batsmen and Stokes is okay. Root’s conversion rate would shame a man with erectile dysfunction in a brothel but he’s still one of the best we’ve ever had. Problem is Stoneman, Malan and Buttler are all terrible duds and the tail is a long way off the one that kept bailing us out at home in the last three years.
By:
whoever is laying pak right now should do so for the good of their health! |
By:
that's a good stat that, balls per dismissal playing attacking shots
