![]() another nothing shot and another wicket, test cricket really is awful, can see why T20 is more popular |
By:
i like T20 cricket better than Tests as well
By:
T20 is the same game repeated over and over and over again, no variety
just my opinion |
By:
people will always remember a good test match over a good T20 match. Good tests are talked over for years, decades, centuries, will last forever in history
By:
trouble is great test matches are rare
By:
i can think of about 10 good test matches in the last 30 years off the top of my head
By:
yes I agree but what is a "great T20"
there isn't 1 imo |
By:
if its on a World Cup stage like a final, close and had ebbs and flows, Id consider it to be a 'great T20'. I think a good example is the 2007 World T20 Final between India and Pakistan.
By:
i dont think people would even remember a good domestic T20 match. (BBL, IPL). I only watch it for betting interest but if you ask me if I could remember , the teams involved in a 'great T20 domestic' game, Id tell you I couldn't remember.

also the world cup final where stokes got smashed out the park by big carlos brathwaite, another absolute belter
By:
i went to the BBL 4 final, and that was a great game. I only consider it to be 'great' because I went to it. (I think you tend to remember the games that involve your team a bit more or games where you attend)

this years IPL final was absolutely amazing, edge of the seat stuff, anyone who didnt get excited watching that hates cricket!

My fave cricket memories are all T20.....that mega run chase in last T20 World Cup by Eng v Saffers 2012 ...T20 World final when Windies were struggling mightily v Lanka and then Marlon Samuels went into BEAST MODE and took down Malinga who was at his peak. Carlos Brathwaite of course though it cost me.
By:
I love all 3 formats!
By:
Somerset in India when they toppled a few IPL teams with a team with stars missing...that was a great memory BOLLOCKS & Double Bollocks to the notion T20's are never remembered.
By:
I am an SA fan and I have trained myself to forget games.
By:
there was a T20 final between Trinidad Tobago and New South Wales (BBL), which was played part of the T20 Champions League. remember the game pretty well. Again that match was played on a world stage. another great T20 match.............but the Sydney public never talk about 'that' match.

By:
Travis Head on New Years Eve with that Ton which again cost me but that was sensational. Never seen anything like that.
