Draw traded at evens at the same time, and NZ spiked to 45.

Reminds me of Pak briefly trading at 20s in volume down from 80s the other day - happened twice within about half an hour.

draw price holding up well considering NZ going along nicely here.

hard for the draw to drift tho, NZ would need toscore at 6 an over!!!

Can't believe draw price went up earlier. I had a 1.33 back in I pulled as was going to bed and didn't want to leave it in in case bowled out in the first few overs. Very happy to get 1.27 for a grand just now, although the wicket doesn't help but did allow a top up at 1.31. Still don't see NZ bowled out for fewer than 500 very often or losing even if following on having only got 350, say. I don't normally back the draw short in tests but this feels an easy one.

Draw will shorten overnight with the rain anyway. It would take a total collapse of under 300 to see a big move

Don't think it's a bad draw price without the rain!

Could be 400 by stumps and 700 by tomorrow evening even with a session lost!

I'm finally feeling safe now that market is cottoned on to the fact Bangers are not gonna take 20 wickets.  I haven't played a blinder laying Bangers at big prices, hell my entry point in this game was a lay of them at 18Blush

They have no chance, never had tbf, but when you have a big red, all kinds of scenarios run through the mind.

your not wrong there... that is why i did not go too hard on the draw. THe big red messes with your psychology.

although if you did back now... you start to think.. another one and then it could be trouble etc etc....

That's good for the draw, Nicholls & Watling bat slowly, only Grand H is a worry at 6.

Perfect day for the draw and still at too long a price I'd say but not taking any more on, even though results now need at least one very unlikely collapse. I suppose the Kiwis could still get a fair way past 600 by close tomorrow and put pressure on if there's an early wicket or two but that needs no rain.
