I dont think anyone wants to watch a test in dubai. The people there are busy and mostly without families(labor class). A T20 is what suits them in that part.

My guess is if you took out the sun and the beer, people wont come to watch the game in England as well. Unless its Eng-Aus. Its just a cultural thing. People in that part of the world don't take a cricket outing like we do. You'll never get a crowd for a test in dubai, unless some rich arab paid people to watch.

If I remember rightly it's not easy to get to either. Is it in the middle of nowhere?

No juce. Its only a few kms from the city centre. It looks like in the middle of nowhere because of the way people enter the ground. The entry point(security) is about a few 100m away from the stadium and because its a desert it looks like people have been walking 6 months to arrive at the stadium.

Viv, getting worse with each game. He must be short of a bob or two to do this gig.

Don't really understand why the deck being flat yesterday didn't bring the draw in but today it's down to 4 in a few overs. I didn't pick it and left my lays at 4.9 and 4.5 (and also the one at 4) although can't complain. Hopefully it will go back up above 5 if Pak show some interest in quick scoring and / or lose wickets and / or declare. Then can back to lay again from a decent base.

My stream is without commentary(but with sound). Trust me its a great way to watch test cricket. You just see and form your own opinion. Especially when Viv is there.

Yes juce. They started doing that about a couple months ago. Still quite a peaceful stream for any game. The downside is they are always behind :/
