yes, that's 5 lines of form a win, a 2nd, 2 trials and a 4th

I thought you meant next to the grade of race eg A1, A2, S1, D3 etc
then T is a trial and the number tells you how many dogs

This is about right, so it's easy to persuade yourself it's pretty likely to be a draw or pretty unlikely. My view is still unlikely, because both sides need the win so Yorks will just keep swinging at the end whether it's likely to be on for them or not but I've got far too much on at far higher odds than now laying it to put any more money where my mouth is.
