The latter jolly. I layed Eng at 1.55 a few moments ago. Wicket and 1.6. Crazy

exactly might be a brilliant batting day tomorrow afternoon but pakistan probably gonna have to bat 10 overs tonight and before lunch tomorrow. could be 5 or 6 down by then

they batted brilliantly, england bowled poorly and they still only got 400 last time

this is like the last test all over again, in terms of match dynamics etc

1.6 is incredible. Pak will avoid the follow on. Cook not the bravest with his declarations 2nd dig. So much to unfold from here. However, the market has made up it's mind.

Follow the money?

Chief Analyst T Hurlock correctly predicted that the England price wouldn't move much on any loss of wickets very early on

game well advanced with england scoring at 4 an over and batting on too long before a declaration not likely to be a factor and even if england get so many ahead that it becomes a hopeless situation for pakistan chances are they'll down like a pack of cards

On the Woakes dismissal Hotspot detected absolutely nothing on the bat, even though it was clear from Snicko that he had hit it and from listening in real time.  That being the case then why does cricket continue to rely on Hotspot given that it is not 100% accurate?  It was also interesting that the Sky commentators said nothing about the issue.

PAkistan are in a really good position in this test match now on Oval pitch

hotspot doesn't always pick up on thin edges

it is good at providing conclusive evidence when a hotspot mark shows but just because a mark doesn't show up does not mean this is conclusive evidence that a batsman hasn't hit it
