Well done matthews.  Part of the Holy Trinity if SL win this game!

SL only 5-4 on Ladbrokes!

Me thinks 2.9 is huoge!  get on it! ( but 4.92 is betterLaugh! )

Maybe i'm missing something but unless Sl get 300 plus, surely england will chase it quite easily, its not really a difficult pitch to bat on is it?

heres a question. so the draw is at 8.2, if SL stay in for say 2 more hours b4 being out, do we really think 2 hours and a full day is enough to get to a total of say 270, or does it even give SL time to bowl out in 1 day 2 hours???

well given that our quicks have all bowled too short, and that everyone reckon spin is a big factor here, no, i wouldn't be judging england's chances by how (and who) england are bowling

Lets say SL get 275 ahead with Eng having 4 sessions to bat then for me Eng are so defensive that they will take a draw rather than go all out for the win and that's guessing that SL get out before tea.

At the end of the day SL are the better team

If Eng try to defend SL can just crown the bat, bowl Herath and mop up the edges and LBW's

Hint of reverse!

I'd suggest people's get ready to lump on SL at the fall of the next wicket if you don't think 3's is already generous enough!

I am at a loss.  I know 237 odd is precarious but flip flop will be  with us and 3's is over generous!

I guess SL need to make it relatively safe

Here we go.  basj him out the park Angelo but would be smarter to pork him around for a few singles first and a couple of careful play and missesWink

yes mate!

I took £25@12 just to have some padding.  I mean this is beyond my wildest here.  I can forsee a situation where I will not need to cover England red.

Might at some point be able to lay both SL and the draw at odds on during the later stages of the gameLaugh.

Ordinarily I don't like to see people being crucified but this time I shall enjoy it.  they treated KP, Monty and Fat Samit like sheite.  They deserve what is coming to them!  Love to hear KP interviewed soon! Butler not ready for Test Cricket!

never understood how cook was left out of all the changes- has not made a run for 15 months-all of us who watch cricket regularly know he cant capt-we said it when we were winning vs aus even!
add in his ludicrous outburst at warne-it proves that eng policy of picking the next poshest bloke as capt is totally flawed
