Shocked the draw not a touch odds on, market thinks Saffer collapse.....?
By:
Any thoughts as to how much play we will lose today?
By:
Would have been perfect for Jacques.

nice time to pick up some easy points as the rain is only forecast for this afternoon! The last 3 days are fine & can add overs accordingly!
By:
Yes...it looks not to bright..even if it does stop....
I would guess very little play today left...if any... Draw drop pls...then back to Oz... |
By:
Ah' at last its dropping.....have also bought a good bit of cheap Saffer to trade for when they also drop.

Is rain forecast for any of the next three days?
By:
No pj............but this rain came early......so nothing in stone...
By:
Market seems to be implying that Australia will declare if there is limited play today. I could see them trying for another 50 runs regardless of the rain, will be easier to get them now then later on in the game.

Be difficult sitting in the sheds.
By:
draw seem to high to me and sa too low....i can't see the point of a declaration under 550.
By:
Anyone think Aus will declare or push on in the morning, maybe Clark will want
a quick bash and try and get his double century. |
By:
If you really believe that OZ will declare first thing then back SA now as their odds will tumble......personally i think they'll bat out the innings and put the match completely out of reach of SA leaving a take your pick result.
By:
Don't see a declaration, Follow on better chance for Aus win IMO.
By:
Can't see anything short of them going out and making as many runs as fall their way. The tail were already given license to hit, and that will remain. No point declaring now really, need to keep SA guessing as to when they come in. Bat out 10 or so overs and they should be 540 or so and have 10-11 at SA before lunch. They will only declare if runs aren't coming easily, or if they are coming too easily and get to 600+
IMO..... |

By:
Mixed weather it seems this morning.....
Anyone got a handle on it......different sites with different views. |

By:
cricinfo says its a clear day.
Extra overs each day to make up lost time. |
By:

By:
You've got to give it to Clarke - very aggressive declaration - very much doubt if any other test captain
would have declared in this situation. |
By:
Yes a surprise. He is showing desire and confidence.
By:
