time to ditch drs..too tedious every bloody match......bad decisions even out so live with it and get on with the game
By:
In all fairness, it was possibly out. Not sure where else the noise came from. But cannot possibly overturn based on every indicator they have to use to overturn the decision. I mean if the noise was enough to overturn, then why not do it straight away? That was the first thing they looked at (listened to), then decided to go through everything else, which showed nothing. If it was enough, then they had no reason to need to look at anything else.

Umpires are totally hopeless, or the 3rd Umpire is. LBW GIVEN OUT 3rd umpire overrules it. Umpire give not out, 3RD umpire overrules that as well, so Watson gets 40 runs, he shouldn't have, because of a 3rd Umpire that doesn't apply the laws in a correct way. The law states, it has to be a clear mistake, by the on field umpire to overturn it.

big wicket on wrong time.

By:
absolutely cri****

Went in again with another lay.
-3535.48 Eng +3311.88 Aus Finch cracking form, with Clarke, undoubtedly the best player in either team. No other option. |
By:
May as well get rid of the referral and each team gets to overturn one decision per match
By:
The market said plenty. Was unmoved, then the confident referral sendt it down to 2.30. Slowly crept back up based on the evidence, and only the changed decision moved it towards where it needed to be for a wicket.

By:
This pitch is only going to get slower the more time spent on it, making it harder to score. Think England are big unders here..
By:
250 will be very competitive, over that will be a massive score.
By:
I think 250 is a gimme. 300 defo closer to the target here. England should be 2.65.
Finch without question the key wicket. Get him the market will be demolished. |
By:
england getting battered here

Pitch very slow. Any score will do by the looks. England will trade lower, but well up against it here.
By:
voges and fawad ll be handy on this surface
By:
Faulkner will be very good I think. I don't really like the guy, but people seem to struggle to touch his slower balls, and on a surface like this, will get some wickets.
By:
300+ and this is as good as over
By:
agreed. mcgrath and warne will be able to restrict england to under 300.
By:
Not going to get too carried away about the pitch though. Reality is, Marsh failed, but only faced 4 balls, Finch played a silly shot off a nothing ball, Watson got in and unlucky to be out, so this could easily be a road.
I don't think it will be second innings, but not going to be stubborn and burn myself. Trading out here because if there is no wickets, more likely this is a road, and if there is wickets, obviously the price will come in. So for now, I am out. Will lay on a wicket, otherwise probably waiting till next innings. +1476.26 Both. Guess I want a wicket as the only important thing here is my result. |

well done aussie traders included me...........

hand jobs all round?

By:
all bjt does is copy the commentators.
previous ones said it was difficult and slow so he says it's difficult and slow. now these 2 commentators says easy wicket doing nothing so bjt says this could easily be a road lol |
