Why don't they make Tsotsobe practice his batting - he is the worst batsman I have ever seen and that includes all the under 11 teams I used to coach.

The collapse caused by a string of idiotic decisions - Peterson's run out , Du Plessis shaking up de Villiers with that other almost run out, de villiers playing a non-sensical shot and then Du Pleassis running out the brilliant Miller.
Staggering stupidity. |

Scoreboard pressure. Huge total to chase down and they couldn't keep the run rate going when Ashwin and Jadeja were on.

The RRR was in control at all times. Throwing away wickets needlessly is what ultimately cost them.

Went from over 8 to 5.8.

that's the rr. The required run rate was always under 7.5 until very late.

SA should have batted out the spinners just milked them for singles and then had a go at the end. Easier said than done.

Jadeja's economy rate is 3.00 per over that's outstanding when so many others have gone for at least 8 an over. Gone up a bit with that boundary.

just checked, and after 30 overs the rrr was only 7.6. 7 wickets in hand with 5 pp overs to come. That's a great position to be in. Made a real mess of it from there.

Good match. Both teams could do with improving for the next games. Bye people.
