Come on Australia what is this :(
By:
brilliant catch from Bresnan. very difficult chance, but a lot of the other fielders' efforts to shame with that one
By:
England great price at 1.33, imo.
By:
Worth remembering that Australia have actually picked their better seam bowlers today. Think Hilfy and Pattinson could ask more qns of Eng's top order than anyone else they have faced this season. Hilfy well suited to these conditions.
By:
England have fielded well too perhaps saved around 15 runs due to good fielding
By:
Maybe Scliffor, but England batting in better conditions at under just 4 an over should be a doddle.
By:
200 is going to be tough 20 per batsmen not going to be a stroll in the park
By:
don't fecking change the field because bresnan bowled two foul pies
By:
unlucky from David Hussey there just didn't take it in the middle of the bat
By:
On cricinfo they have rfm after Finns name and rfm after Brennan's name, is that right fast medium and right medium fast? Presumably the former is considered quicker, slightly, than the latter? If so its a new one on me.
By:
Should be rmf after banana name.
By:
Christ on a bike, banana equals bresnan
By:
What did I say guys 200 right :)
By:
deary me - you can't class a bowler based on the last over where the opposition are swinging it around. I often wonder if posters on these forums actually understand cricket.
By:
England all out for 130 lol.....hopefully
By:
pitch is better now for batting..we will see a complete different game in 2nd unnings.....eng to chase this in about 3rd powerplay
By:
Agree this pitch should be easier to bat on now.
I think trott could be important in his chase to glue the inns for eng. his batting style should suit this match, needs to bat through when he gets in |
By:
this match is just like the one at lords....eng did well in the first innings to post 280 n it was much easier in the 2nd innings
By:
it's not just a case of the pitch being better for batting; it's the case that anderson and finn were absolutely formidable this morning and are a class and a half above australia's best.
i'd actually think about opening with halfenhoos and pattinson: lee's just too gun barrel straight. |
By:
no movement whatsoever for any of the bowlers...
By:
Could have done with a Wicket by now
By:
Poor Bumble..
By:
Such a bad ball from Mckay
By:
desperately need wickets here
By:
Aussies would be Favs if England were 3 down by now what does everyone think
By:
strange question - England bagging the runs all looking very good
By:
Absolute rubbish ball from Pattinson.... get him out of the team a load of rubbish !!!
By:
Winning is a habit. This eng team know how to get it done.
By:
lol kingmax....it certainly shows pitch is farr better...
By:
Out of team Pattinson bring in Copeland and his perfect length
By:
Aussies clutching at straws with that one
By:
Kingmax that is a classic statement

By:
Aussies are so poor today, utter rubbish
By:
unbelievable bowling what are they playing at I have had enough of watching this
By:
Better to back Radwanska to beat Williams
By:
Ozzies have been rotten in the other 2 games as well.
By:
maybe just maybe England are too good?
By:
That was my initial Point Scrappy and like an eejit I traded out at 1.2 and missed the 1.5 after.
What the Australian finish told me was that there was sweet FA wrong with the pitch except that poor play was taking play on it. While England may drag this out for 40 overs in truth they could get there much quicker if they wanted. To see Australia wasting appeals on longshots tells us how desperate they are. That is 4 ODI's now (one rained out) and Australia have been favourite in all 4. They won't be favourite for the next one, nor should they be |
