Rather than take risks, if Bell bats entirely sensibly then it'll be one of his easiest ODI centuries. He's a better player when the pressure's off too.

you can always request markets, but I suspect those markets would be as dead as the other outside markets in the cricket

If the overs intervals are closely spaced like 2-3 there may be liquidity
|

if it was closely spaced that'd make liquidity on it even worse since they are all essentially individual markets and will take liquidity away from each interval
