windies to fck up again with tail ?
Not that it matters, looks too many now |
By:
Doesn't help when they get them out but find it given not out!! You're right though, damage was done in the 1st innongs
By:
If Aus add 17 more runs then Windies would have to chase the 8th highest total ever in test cricket. The fact that they're 12/1 here is insulting, as I said yesterday this clown outfit should be 100/1
By:
7/1 now! wtf is this, they need 358 to win at least ffs
By:
windies 7s to make at least 360 ?
double figures for me |
By:
Whoever is backing WI here is seriously drunk!
By:
someone got 4 on 250 runs after that out decision at 248-9
nice for someone |
By:
nigel you got it right about windies coming in...did you manage to back them at the 15s??
By:
370 to win
By:
Got to be a case for shiv coming in 3, 4 at lowest if wi make reasonable start and see of new ball
say 50-1 |
By:
Great catch!
By:
can anyone tell me, what it the point of banging drums and blowing trumpets all day. is it a show of low intelligence?
also what is the point of the windies openers? |
By:
bet you get invited to loads of parties
By:
West Indies' opening partnerships in home Tests this decade: 21 partnerships, average 12.2.
By:
aussies gone 1.09 to 1.13 over lunch for no reason whatsoever
looks blooy tough outthere be lucky to get 200 here |
By:
12.2 as high as that.
now they're screaming, oh what fun. |
By:
matter of time to lyon this for me
By:
Out!!
By:
wot a phuqqing w@nker-htf can he give that out?
By:
Very unlucky to be given for that.
By:
That's an awful, awful decision. It didn't even look out in real time! That's probably a worse all than hussey's not out yesterday.
The umpires have been all Australia all series. |
By:
Absolutely incredible the decsions aus have got this series, the one plus is that the market will continue to over rate them on the back of their "stunning" performance in the windies. They are nothing more than an average test side at best right now.
By:
On balance they have been the better side and 2-0 is probably about the right result. Doesn't change how one sided the umps have been though!
By:
Think they are better than average, probably on a par with pakistan in 3rd
good bowling attack and options now, batting has issues no doubt but in Clarke and Hussey have two of best batsman around big issues in other batting slots though and wade still to prove himself record since ashes is very good barring slip up in hobart |
By:
issues they have is keeping seamers fit - cummins, pattinson, harris, hilf all injury issues
and replacing hussey and ponting in middle order lyon done ok for me |
By:
Not convinced by the bowling myself steps. hilf a trundler, pattinson looked all at sea away from home, siddle honest tryer but not gona blow you away, Cummins looks a prospect and harris certainly got some class, but both have Injury issues like you say. Lyon and beer not in the same league as Monty or Beer and as for their batting other than Hussey and Clarke they look shot to pieces. I'm still convinced if Windies had got the calls the aussies got in this series they would have won the 1st test and people would see the shambles of an outfit that this aussie side is.
By:
Monty or Swann*
By:
Watson decent with bat - ok dont make enough tons but pretty consistent and useful bowler too
overall see more issues with batting than bowling, still 120-4,150-5 far too much Other thing in favour is clarke as skipper, been really positive and seems to be quite a tight unit now Still work to do to get upto england/saffer level for them though |
By:
Clarke is a lucky captain.... every bowling change seems to bring a wicket.
By:
Game within a game..I see a decent fight by Chanders and Bravo here...may be a partnership of 70-100 odd.
By:
good fightback this
playing shots at right times |
By:
I have BIG Green on this Test Match, trouble is its on the draw, on the other hand I now have No Red after the Window of opportunity that Oz being layable at 1.05 not long ago gave me

By:
Going to the Caribbean and, after some scares, leading 1-0 against a side featuring stars like Chris Gayle and Sunil Narine, as well as solid all-rounders like Dwayne Bravo and Marlon Samuels ... that would be creditable.
But that's not what Aus have done. |
By:
good call on these two payal
79 and counting |
By:
Yeah these two have played well so..far..dont know how far they can go..!!!
By:
any good link for this??
By:
sorry mate havent
older ball starting to do a little |
By:
now market is going to panic .and we will see 1.4 on australia on end of day .i hope no wicket fall
By:
Yeah they get the target under 200 and it's drift time.
By:
Not involved in this at all, but for some strange reason i decided to not lay aus at 1.07, why oh why!
