Wow! Am I glad that I bought myself some tied match insurance. Someone was offering 50 quid at 1.05...

The Windies hadn't had a stupid run out all match (although they tried hard) so one had to come. But when those two got together did they not say to eachother "look I'm running if you hit it so just tip and run" or "I'll make the call don't have to go first ball"

absolute jokers

You need to have been in the tied match market, kadari.

Whenever I have traded myself a good profit on both teams I always get some tied match just in case...

I'll persist that it's a stupid rule. Tie is a result. You can bet on tie/draw in any other sport. So why not cricket?

Betfair make a bit from me. Although I would have made more had there been a result, I still got my 50. Hardly worth my evening, though...

No. The stupid of the market is that they offer to you one team or other and on the "MATCH ODDS" not like darts that they offer to you "Match odds without draw" when it's mathematical possible

BF showed total ignorance and lack of understanding with regards their won ridiculous tie rule once again. Suspending it at the moment the scores were tied ...****ing ironic eh ? It was reopened, but valuable seconds were wasted.

Worse still was the run out with another two balls to go. Moronic and so unnecessary. Wides, byes no balls a boundary a smuggled single ...ffs anything could have happened. Well played. Angry
