Aussie were silly in their usage of Doherty and Lyon not playing was crazy. FInch at 7 and Christian at 8 also wasted. Aussies needed some spinners on this pitch and D Hussey hardly a spinner
Better balance IMO and expect 1 out of Watson, Warner, DHussey, M Hussey to take them to a good score if they bat first i.e. 220+ Definate Australia back for me. |

bit short no... considering the last 2 games.... lay of oz for me...back again @ evs
By:
i'll see who bats first. windies bat first i'm playing for a trade on aussies to start. Australia bat first and i'll probably wait a couple of overs before getting too involved.
gone over 6.5 6's and over 1.5 run outs as well. on these slow & low pitches the Windies showed having a swing for the ropes was well worthwhile. Run outs i think are more likely when scores are low and players are desperate to snatch as many runs as possible. |

Fantastic effort - a public holiday to go and watch the cricket.

no economy problems for them Caribbean folk! take it easy guys, there's cricket on here!
under 222.5 on CBL for me at evens. |

West Indies: Charles, Powell, Samuels, Darren Bravo, Dwayne Bravo, Pollard, Baugh (wk), Sammy (c), Russell, Narine, Roach
Australia: Watson (c), Warner, M Hussey, D Hussey, Bailey, Wade (wk), Christian, Lee, McKay, Doherty, Lyon WI unchanged, Aus brought in Nathan Lyon for Peter Forrest |

Aus batting first again. 1.5 is too skinny for me given where they traded in their first two matches. Gonna watch the first few overs and see.
By:
1.5 seems fair. DOnt see Windies win more than 1 in 3.
By:
annoys me that the impact can be "umpire's call".
don't see how there's any margin of error in the technology as there's no predictive path. it's a replay of what happened. |

Is six an over on this track going to be good enough, though...??

By:
watson looks short

By:
Well gone.
By:
must admit Watson didnt run that run hard enough, seemed too slow off the mark in the beginning
By:
Is that it then? Windies win it...?

Narine giving trouble to Australia
By:
Bowling very well. Great delivery that wicket, bowled a few other dangerous ones too. Could have a real nice spell here.

3 runs markets moved 15 ticks. Ridiculous really.
By:
is it just me or is the weather kind of dark ?
By:
think AUssies facing the pace bowlers much better, need to see off Narine (bowled 5 overs)
By:
After he has? Only bowled 4 from where I sit?
By:
1.01 busted on Aus 10 Overs
By:
my bad...narine looks the most threatening of the bowlers . Australia has struggled against quality spinners for a while now
By:
Do they have any others? He looks a great bowler. Perfect lines, very dangerous...

GONE 3 Down
By:
Aus in real danger here..
By:
Aussies cant pick Narine's doosra, have absolutely no idea
By:
West Indies pretty big here at 2.56 here imo. Aus 3 down and going at 3.85 with 5 overs left from Narine still
By:
Aus scored 18 runs in the Bowling Powerplay
By:
think Aussies have got a target in mind im thinking 200-230.......they think they can defend on this wicket
By:
200 average first I heard? 230 has to see them shorter than SP...
By:
Sammy dropped tough chance , George Bailey gets a life
By:
gritty partnership between Bailey and Hussey
46 off 73 balls so far |

Narine back on with the figures of 5/1 (5.0 overs)
