Hello Gin, I usually take the prices about an hour before the due start time, i.e. before the toss. It would be nice to do the same for rain delays, but it's sometimes quite difficult to judge when to take the prices, especially if I'm busy or not around (or asleep)! Hence, the time of the post indicates the time of the prices. The below are early prices, as I'm off out this evening ...
