Dressage bores me to f uck but i do hope she does it, sounds like a phenominally good performance.

32 needed after Ben Ainslie takes gold.
By:
31 - Guaranteed a medal in the pommel (Max Whitlock)
By:
Max Whitlock, Louis Smith and Andy Murray with bronze silver and gold respectively leaves us needing 29 more.
By:
Which is effectively 28, as mixed doubles in tennis are guaranteed a silver.
By:
I forgot Keri Ann Payne who is fave in the Open Water Swimming
By:
I genuinely think this is going to be closer than people think.
By:
Unfortunately I think that it is only a question of time until GB hit a sticky patch and the medals dry up - my assessment is that this sticky patch starts tomorrow.
By:
any cycling tomorrow? if so then well get gold medals in that.
By:
Do you think that GB will gain over 62.5 medals ?
My view would be NO . |
By:
we are favourite for 4 of the remaining 5 track cycling events
By:
Murray and Robson add a silver and Ed Clancy a bronze in the Mens omnium, 27 needed.
By:
The strange thing is ,the price on under 62.5 medals continues to shorten. All the medals that have been won over the last couple of days were expected and are not effecting the price. The price continues to contract. If GB have a bad couple of days the price for overs will blow out.
By:
Which is strange, considering how many unexpected medals were we expected to win today? If anything Max Whitlock getting a bronze was an added bonus.
By:
I can't understand this market - the price on unders continues to contract. Can somebody please explain to be why under 62.5 medals is becoming so short in price.
By:
the liquidity is not overly high - maybe some shrewdie like you has just done his own calculations and is backing the unders down?
By:
thats another one ohurugu - silver
By:
26? to go
By:
26 to go yes after Christine adds a great silver.
By:
Luke Campbell guaranteed at least bronze in boxing
By:
Great news, anyone know how many boxers we have left in with contention of getting a medal?
By:
whats todays GB Medal haul, i thinks its 2G 4S 1B but might have missed something...anyone?
By:
2 bronze, clancy in omnium and whitlock in pommel
By:
Tomorrow just pendelton Keni is just favorite in the bets not in the field.... things of british being the world betting country and this euphoria with ciclyng
By:
this thread is about medals, not golds
so Kenny not Keni will be on this list because he will get silver at least |
By:
Sporting-index have their spread at 66 - 68 total medals
Should over 62.5 definitely not be odds on..? |
By:
probably yes
By:
so get another gold/ silver/bronce for Pendelton in sprint. Judorick you lack all kind of education, thats internet full of fustrated and miseducated
By:
you can barely speak english so please go away
By:
After this weekend, 62.5+ is in serious danger.
By:
I can see you cant even speak, English being british, its not so hard to speak and write it, mostly every idiot born in England can. I am not refering to all those kind people that live in that great country just their idiots, so how many languages do you speak Judorick???....i can write and understan up to six ....so you go away as you dont give anything positive to this forum just frustraton and bad moods
By:
Expect the price for Under 62.5 medals to shrink over the next couple of days.I think the market will panic due to the fact that there will only be a handful of medals for GB over the next couple of days.
By:
I don't see how we can even dream of 9 more medals in the athletics (assuming Christine O was 1 from Misha's max list of 10). Clydebank's 2-5 spread looks far more realistic.
By:
Decent medal chances:
Men 400H Green High Jump Grabarz T Jump Idowu 5000m Farah 4 x 100 Women 400H Shakes Drayton Pole V Bleasdale Not very decent chances: Men Pole V Lewis Discus Okoye 4 x 400 Women Long J Proctor Javelin Sayers 4 x 400 |

So with Luke Campbell guaranteed a bronze, it leaves us needing 25, i don't think it would be too high an expectation to expect a medal in the remaining four track cycling events, then medal in the BMX. So that would take us to needing 20.
If the remaining horse riding events add 3, 1 from triathlon and 1 from gymnastics would take us to 15. Sailing add 2 more, open water swimming add 1, that would take us to 12. Which would come from boxing and athletics ?? |

06 Aug 12 12:44 Do you think that GB will get to the 62.5 mark ? |
By:
I reckon we can get two in the triathlon.
Athletics wise, I can see at least, but that's taking it from six athletes and playing percentages. If we got another eight to ten athletics medals, I wouldn't be surprised. |
By:
I think it is going to be closer than people think.
By:
*At least three.
