Iceland sells almonds at counter for a pound. Poundstores.pundland etc. . My local home bargains sells fancy flavoured almonds too in small bags 50p.. I was in Holland and narrative on Friday and they have crippling prices. But some were marked at half price. I chanced upon this.. For years I was struggling with back pain. I bought chilli seed mix as a snack, got hooked and bought one a week. After a few months i realized my back was no longer killing me. That mix contained apricot kernels, which are supposedly very dangerous? Arsenic? Or something . I would separate out the peach kernels as they were dedelicious. Morrison's sol them. Changed now. They mixed in soy? Crazy ducks, I looked up the seeds and nuts and they are fill of omega oils. It stands to reason it's like motor oil for a car. I sometimes melt coconut oil in a frying pan, a nob, add sunflower seeds, toast them . Tastes great.
It takes time. I figure three months. I buy one bag a month. I think it can have some toxic element to it. Apple seeds are poisonous in quantity. Maybe it's arsenic that is reaching the spine. I leave it to some lab guy to figure out. Just don't overdose. One small bag a week for three months. Then scale back to a fortnight. Vitamin c stops scurvy, niacin is needed to stop rickets? As a sidebar, three objects were put in the arc of the covenant. One was the staff of Aaron, almond branch. |
