Kissing is a sign of affection and I'd have none for her |
|
By:
Richie would take her back to his Castle in Glamorgan & tie her to a 6 poster. He would then caress her ankles with his hook & whisper lusty thoughts about Brussels into her manly earhole

I could care less about any of it including Brexit, virus, and all the stuff that will come of it because as a society its spineless and I alone can't stop that
Get on with it I say |
|
By:
that's pretty what I've been saying in a nutshell, majority of the country do not really care, but it's being endlessly conveyed via the media that the majority are up in arms, most people care much more about simple things, getting a haircut, kids going back to school, pubs reopening, football starting again, normal life resuming, not a middle aged bald man most hadn't heard of let alone recognise just a few days ago.

The mugs who voted for these clowns do not like it when it is made obvious they are being treated like mugs.

What he did or didn’t do, whether he did or didn’t break rules isn’t the issue.
It rarely is. The issue, as always, is how the incident is perceived now and how it will be perceived in the future. And we can’t say how it will be perceived in the future. However, what we can say with reasonable certainty is that Johnson will be associated with the incident. Good or bad, Johnson owns the actions of Cummings. |
|
By:
Angoose in Scotland Sturgeon initially defended Calderwood who refused to resign.
She only did so because a second trip was revealed. If that second trip hadn't been revealed Calderwood would still be Scotlands CMO. Can't remember you getting so animated over that incident. BTW you do know that Calderwood hasn't disappeared altogether, don't you? |
|
By:
Calderwood admitted that she was wrong and apologised.
Sturgeon said she was wrong and had made a big mistake. Cummings said he has done nothing wrong. Johnson has said that Cummings has done nothing wrong. Quite a significant difference there, don’t you think. |
|
By:
A little humility goes a long way.
|
|
By:
And we can’t say how it will be perceived in the future.
It will be forgotten in a couple of weeks by everyone except fanatical Remainers. Just like the Lady Hale verdict and the 'die in a ditch' 'lie'. Hard core Remainers thinking it will be a game changer/turning point but most people thinking so what. |
|
By:
The incidents were completely different.
Calderwood made her trips for a break and nothing else so she couldn't do anything other than apologise. Cumming was taking his 4 year old to be near relatives in case they were needed for child care. Why should he apologise for that? |
|
By:
ffs ackie give us all a break and return to your 50p "sit and go".
|
|
By:
There was more anger with Calderwood because the news broke early in the lockdown, when it was widely seen as essential, and there was no end in sight for it.
Cummings antics were early on too but the press inexplicably sat on the story Now people figure it will all be over in a few weeks anyway and there is the growing suspicion that the lockdown has made no difference. |

And I didn’t make any comparison on the incidents, I made a comparison to how the incidents were explained by the individuals and their managers.

I deliberately missed that part out as I've said elsewhere that that part seemed contrived however it doesn't detract from the main reason for the trip to his parents farm.
I saw an article on the irish premier being on a picnic with friends and not social distancing. Slap on the wrist. This Cummings story has animated people like nothing else has. A lot of people just hate the Tory party. |
|
By:
I asked you this on a thread on the politics forum but you failed to respond.
You are all over most anti-Tory threads like a rash but fail to get involved in any threads highlighting problems in Scotland. The 'Nike' outbreak for instance is surely a bigger scandal than anything else that has happened so far. The lack of transparency is alarming. |
|
By:
And he runs away from the truth yet again.
|
|
By:
That they didn’t splash it over the front pages is not an issue.
That they didn’t trace all the contacts, however, is a big problem. All governments are going to have a lot of difficult questions to answer, Sturgeon’s is no exception. |
|
By:
I agree. Mistakes, and thats what they were, have been made in Scotland and England and no doubt all over the world yet you seem to focus purely on Englands mistakes.
The Nike story is only beginning and one must wonder why Sturgeon was less than truthful about it. She said rigorous tracking and tracing had been been done. Now we find out thats not true. A far bigger risk to health than anything Cummings is said to have done but hasn't animated you. Strange. |
|
By:
As I said earlier, humility goes a long way.
|
|
By:
You’ll disagree with me, but the Nike story is being blown out of proportion.
The virus was here from many sources. The issue around it is the contact tracing. And we don’t have the answers as to why there wasn’t sufficient action taken. It will likely be a matter of lack of urgency and resources, not a conspiracy. |
|
By:
The story is about the lies that were told following the breaking of the initial story.

people hate the tory party just had best election result in 40 years,
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ,people are more worried about friends, family, haircuts, pubs etc, etc, thats the whole fooking point, they cant ,HE CAN,and the fact lots of the public are watching more news, press conferences etc, etc, has took the story out of the bubble you could quite easily put back up the andy Coulson threads and change the name to dom cummings, but worse here cummings doesn't care if they drags the tory party down with him,he hates them, despises them ,probably disgusted he has to work with likes of hancock, shapps, williamson, jenrick every day, despises them even more for going on live tv making fools of themselves defending him |
|
By:
if cummings goes ( he wont imo ) he will take a few with him.

A rather comical part is lefty people refer to Sturgeon as showing great leadership. However, she tried to stand by Calderwood in possession of the facts, copped a lot of flack from the media for doing so, and soon caved in to them to protect her own reputation. Caving in to the media and remoaners would have been an awful lot easier for Boris. I don't doubt it's tough for some Tory MPs to answer to some constituents taken in by the media frenzy, but they need to see the bigger picture of what's going on here (As Boris does).
