The previous administrations were crap at brexit, I'll give you that but we've got the right team on it now. We won't know who has handled the crisis for years, but crippling a little economy like Ireland a bit earlier is not really comparable to a G7 member's actions.
By:
Crippling Irelands economy? Lol, are you pished?
By:
Thing with Ireland though they were prepared to cripple their economy but putting its citizens first and foremost, end result will be everyones economy is crippled but to put your hand on your heart and able to say you done your best for your citizens is a different matter.

Short term gain for long term pain? As I've repeatedly posted, the overall detriment of the virus is much further reaching than simply counting the number deaths directly attributable to covid 19. It's not hard to comprehend, or at least it shouldn't be.
By:
Ireland went into this with a cash surplus.
Not many can say that... |
By:
Bojo has followed the scientific advice throughout. If it all proves a horlicks, blame the "experts".
By:
I understand you Cider, long term gain for short term pain? Twice the death rate of next in Europe, economy shut down longer than those who acted quicker, that plan unfortunately seems to be working, i don't know where the gain you expect will come because it won't.
By:
Bozo is going to show us how strong he's come back tomorrow with a few arm wrestling contests to get the ball rolling again
By:
said last week doris is like that 50 million Italian striker on the treatment table ,that your missing, till he returns and you remember before he was on treatment table ,he hadn't scored in 30 games and couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo

By:
Around half a million people die in the UK every year on average. Many of those being killed by covid 19 would have been in that 500K this year anyway, around 60% of them. Recessions kill more people early, indirectly. We won't know the full toll, or who handled it best overall for several years.

Fantastic news. Boris is back in Downing Street.
By:
Did he shake the hands of all of the staff upon arrival ?
By:
What a silly question.
By:
Carrie getting beaten up as we speak, laptops smashed and red wine thrown about on furniture.
By:
Rishi banging on wall saying he will have to call the police.
By:
Unless this virus originated from Boris Johnstone then he has no case to answear
By:
shaking hands, swigging Dettol, singing you cant touch me now,ive got immunity, I think
By:
You know its silly. It goes against government advice. You may have achieved a few chuckles. Well done.
By:
Boris approval rating in latest poll down 10 in three weeks.
By:
He did, and no doubt regrets it now. Just as Jeremy Corbyn our would be great leader, probably regrets shaggin Dianne Abbott.
![]() |
By:
Do you think that he will publicly state that he regrets running round a hospital shaking the hands of infected COVID-19 patients ?
By:
Admitting that you were wrong, admitting that you have made mistakes, now that's leadership.
By:
It's tremendous you can remotely detect exactly how someone caught the virus, most definitely a spot for you in the 18K contact tracing team.
By:
Jeremy would know about that, would he? Its all the fault of Brexit!!!!!
By:
I have made no claim as to where Johnson became infected.
I have, however, pointed out his some of his behaviours. |
By:
deffo hard to trace in doris,s case
shaking hands with corona patients sneaking off to see his mum on mothers day attending twickers with 70,000 others from all over the country sat with Nadine dorris in commons attending champagne reception with Nadine partying down the pub with stanly, the lists endless |
By:
So you know for sure he was not wearing the appropriate PPE on his visit to meet victims of the virus in hospital?
By:
if he hadn't caught it ,should have asked for his money back no one tried harder, deserved it more
By:
By:
Listen to him for yourself .....
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LhTJjBeAyHU |
By:
He expected us to be pleased to know that he was shaking hands with everybody.
Were you pleased Cider ? |
By:
You're claiming that it was a mistake and wrong. If he was wearing PPE, I'm claiming it wasn't. Since neither us knows, you're just guessing.
By:
Was it a display of great leadership ?
By:
And it was Akak who stated that Johnson will likely view it as an error.
By:
A leader visiting victims of a virus and not treating them as lepers, yeah I'm fine with that. But, it's wholly irrelevant now.
By:
Ya won't have Leo telling de country shure i was out ther shaking the hands of the coronavirus victims, everyone could have been out looking to shake hands with them with that kinda carry on.
By:
Cider you are saying you don't know whether he was wearing PPE but you're defending him for shaking peoples' hands. Where is your logic coming from?
By:
So irrelevant that you've spent 20 minutes posting on a forum about it ?
