handjobs 100,000 target,my theory of lining 80,000 stooges up to turn up on one day on 29th,30th still stands imo and would drop down to below 30,000 next day, 8 days including sat sun, means adding 10,000 every day,if there not adding 10,000 at 18,000 tests ,cant see how they can add 10,000 a day from 50,60,70,80,90,000 onwards, with 10,000 increments for example would mean doing half a million tests in 8 days including weekend ,that's  over 100,000 than they've done in previous 2 months,
stinks of a set up job for one day an army of paid volunteers turning up wouldn't suprise me with these kooonts in charge

These muppets just open their fat gobs and say anything that is convenient at the time(tell them what they want to hear)but in reality will
fail miserably and  then deflect and shift blame elsewhere..t*ssers.

Listening to Raab and Starmer at PMQ's was as entertaining as being locked indoors for five weeks (and counting)

Thought Starmer made a solid if unspectacular debut.

unless of course raab was acting on orders from cummings and doris to insure handjob is carrying the can for all this, probably more likely than raab thinking they,ll meet target

100,000 tests should be easy given they had potential for 50 k when it was first announced as a target.

they can always say they had capacity for 100k tests and folk didnt come forward

so many phuck ups; so little intelligence. That's what ye get listening to scientists; who spend most of their lives arguing with each other as they all have egos the size of mountains

Was quite funny to hear Hancock specifically state that "to date, we have received no PPE from the EU procurement scheme".
Given that they continue to refuse to join it, are we supposed to be impressed by that Laugh

Probably post millions of swabs for self testing, 100,000 a day done.

i'd like to see a few 'experts' joining them; you can bet your last penny that the reason for delays in the beginning, & present, is down to infighting between these doyens. You can hold the government to account for actually treating them as such

If you have a 40,000 capacity why are you not carrying out those tests.

It's utter garbage from the filthy Tory party.

Id like to know how many deaths caused by CARERS travelling from home to home and most probably not fully equipped with PPE, it must be considerable.

One curiosty that came out of todays proceedings in the house was Hancock stating that :

"I can't promise that we will give everybody free masks, I mean that would be an extraordinary undertaking, and we do have to make sure that we have supplies available especially for health and social care staff".

Around 68 million people in the UK, he routinely spouts out data telling us how many many billions of items of PPE have been delivered to the NHS, but supplying one mask per person woudl be an  extraordinary undertaking.

They have more than 40000 Available as is , Why are the tests not being taken ?? What is the problem

And to the utter Disgust of Many on here there will be more 100,000 tests available by the end of the month ...

But what difference if the tests are not being taken ??

Other than Testing Key workers I see very little value in tests at this stage anyway ,Most of our Lovely Diverse and Vibrant Cities

the virus is rife  , how can you test the millions in them , and what difference will that make anyway  ,what are they going

to do , start Track and Trace Laugh

There will be a number of factors that include the strict criteria they have put in place for you to qualify for entitlement to be tested and many of the test sites being difficult to reach.

Well if 20,000 a day are going Unused daily he will have 100,000 Available by the end of the month , Perhaps that's the Plan Laugh

i have a friend who is a nurse.

she works in gateshead. they have a lab in her hospital that does tests.

if she wants to be tested herself she has to go to ikea at metrocentre, she does not have a car,

she can get two buses from home to get there or one from work.

she can get a lift off one of the doctors if they are being tested, but if one of them tests positive they will
both need to isolate !!!

i think it was yesterday (time & motion very haphazard at the mo) that a care home manager was saying that his staff couldn't get to test centres? This was down sarf & they had to go to Sheffield for the test; go figure!

Perhaps Robert Jenrick, when driving around the country visiting his various homes, could pick up a few passengers and drop them off at test centres.

what everyone assume was incremental increase on a daily basis to hit a 100,000 and carryon from there to hit their 250,000 ambition, not to crawl along the bottom 20,000 a day average then a massive spike and down again, most of these 100,000 were expected to be anti body blood test, once that wasn't available handjob should have just come clean instead on what looks like a typical tory  smoke and mirror exercise

Rediculous , Surely  the Kits should be sent to Hospitals , Utter madness , I am sure a nurse is capable of putting a cotton bud up his/her nose

And completing the Process paper wise or online then sending it off  ??  The whole hospital staff should carry out tests on Site ,Would be alot

quicker , Box tests up Courier collects back to the test Center , if Only for hospitals ,care homes ,surely that makes sense ??

rather than hundreds of Individuals heading off to the Metro from same hospital ... A lot of  buses are 2 hourly anyway Could take 4/5 hours to get

there and back ...

Mad carry on mate , I mean it cannot be that hard to Simplify matters , Spec for front liners , its getting to the Stage where some care home staff are not going home ,staying in situ for fear of bringing the Virus back in with them , I do not Think Mass testing will be of any value , But for
those dealing with the Sick , even those Public facing Daily , Shops etc , I think its invaluable ...  How hard can that be ???

Some foooker needs to get their Finger out and change the process , because it is clearly not working as planned ...

1TP , we are talking about medical staff the least of their worries will be ramming a bud up their nose .....

Yes , with Medical Professionals on Site , I would hope there is a Guide line on the said swabs  , Most care homes will also have a nurse on site

There are a lot more intrusive things regarding the Human Body and tests 1tp,of that I can assure you LaughOn another point Doctors surgeries could be used  in Some capacity

to carry out the tests ....
