Forget the difference in death rates between us and germany and whether the causes of death are being accurately recorded.
What you can't argue with and what does raise an eyebrow is the relative small difference between positive tests when you consider the huge amount of more tests that Germany have carried out, you'd assume that their positives would be far higher. |

What has people venturing out and claiming that they are happy to get on with things and get back down the pub isn't anything to do with the figures, infection rates or whether we are over-reacting etc etc etc it's down to something entirely different, consider this,
Imagine that instead of a dry cough, loss of sense of taste and smell, headache. was replaced with, convulsions, internal bleeding, vomiting But the mortality rate was still the exact same as it is now, would there still be the same laissez-faire approach that some promote now? I don't think so, the truth is that the symptoms aren't scary enough!! but this flags up just what a smart little fooker this virus is. |

Sort of agree there Duffy but think there other factors.
Some poor information from authorities in the beginning, some deliberate misinformation from "alternative sources ". The death rate is in that range where it is serious enough to kill far too many but not so high that some people would like to take their chances in a pub or watching horse racing. I know a family (parents in 40s children at secondary school) who had it and basically not that I'll. They won't appear on any stats as policy is not to test any of them. We are still having over 5000 people dying each week in UK. This needs to drop a lot & that seems unlikely to happen in this 3 week lockdown. |

As I've said its far to controlled in the numbers
Controlled spread, controlled death rate, controlled cases curve, controlled slowing of cases, controlled declining ICU patients and deaths |
