Charlie..dementia and other terrible illnesses suffered by poor terrified patients who have been simply left to die alone and juicy
comes along with the cheerful death of his dad supping booze on a beach....and claims as fake the concern we have..wac. |

So many experts. You have to wonder why we have a problem.
|
|
By:
No only an idiot would have to wonder why!

You are a little bit late with that pathetic argument akabula.
Where were you when the leaders of our defence against the virus were all simultaneously struck down with it? You know the real experts not the ones on here who by the way have not managed to contract the illness |

Pecker If you campare The Eire to Northern Eire Figures sadly you are Racing ahead ,Both areas have not peaked , And again , the Majority of Irish cases in County Dublin ....
So are your figures shameful ?? Massively over populated Towns are the problem , as if you look at New York But all keep ignoring the Obvious that's the way forward Lets crack on with ramming people in Like Sardines .. |

If you've got a the biggest City in Europe with high population density and no PPE, all the more reason to lockdown sooner than other countries so that it gets into hospitals as little as possible.
The big city/density argument doesn't stack up and density and size/amount of cities would have been taken into account by the scientists. But they still advised that they weren't worried about sports events and it was the leagues/sports themselves which shut down, not the government. The government wanted it to spread. Encouraging the spread of this was a monumental f up, esp with a City the size of London. It doesn't need any encouragement to spread like wildfire. |

Airports should have been closed earlier Testing at Airports a waste of time , As for leaving The tube running , One word insanity

If we get an extra 300,000 death due to massive tax rises and benefit cuts due to the trashing of the economy I imagine the left will be enraged with that too
|
|
By:
Case, i think you are wrong..
Firstly the TOTAL for the Republic is about 70% of what you are getting Daily in England So no i am not ashamed.. Secondly the North of Ireland is not reporting all its cases but the South is.. 540 to 200 approx but the 200 is nearer 3 than not The size of each area, the population etc The fact that the virus has largely been contained to the East is signs of our early interventions saving lives. We didn't dither or politicise and have done bloody well imo |

insider with another ridiculous statement tbh im afraid.

and at least we have the party in power who think 4 million unemployed is a price worth paying
and 19 million who thought been poorer for next 50 years was a price worth paying for Brexit so to save lives, both must be a doddle |

Old man with long term terminal disase gets added to virus figures thats the level of credibility these figures have
|
|
By:
@ Casemoney,The Irish figure include care home deaths, they make up half,if you halved the Irish figures on the way the UK doen't include outside hospital deaths to date really,it would look a lot different,
|

Ireland isn't beyond criticism. They didn't close airports and let 5,000 Italians travel after they had cancelled the home rugby match with Italy, just for a bit of tourism money! And that was after our first few cases, the first of which was a girl who had been on a school ski trip to Italy and her friend who she infected when she got home. I live less than half a mile from that school. Bonkers letting those fans travel. The reason it is concentrated around Dublin is because of the airport and the population density.
Encouraging the spread of this is another level of incompetence at best, however. Especially given the population density of London/England. |

It isn't Lurka,it did try and get it's citizens back to Ireland quickly and looked after everyone who lost their job as well as they could.
I believe Ryanair had training in Dublin for a good few crew at the time and yep they were from N italy, that and the re relaxing of care home visiting after stopping it major mistakes too. |

Lurka thats a shameful thing to say, they called the match off, were the first to do so, asked the Italians not to travel.. Every airport was open and is open around the world.........even now |
