I said last week when supposedly on the road to recovery and he gave us the video message that he still looked unwell ... should have temporarily gave up all duties and responsibilities and gave himself a chance to fully recover - a major illness always requires proper convalescence so that will be required after this episode

Feeling was far worse than pain as the pain can be controlled to a certain degree, but the feeling of drowning and helplessness and total reliance on your nurse to help and keep you going is absolutely unforgettable and frightening and being aware is scarry scarry stuff and you have to fight fight fight to get through it when it feels easier just to give up but you keep going

He did what the medical experts advised him, he has done nothing wrong.

I know him very well so I am deeply saddened really that it should come to this. He has obviously worked like mad to try and get through this but it’s not good enough so far. It doesn’t mean necessarily that he isn’t going to pull through this because they may have put him on intensive care because they can treat him and he may have a secondary infection, a serious chest infection and that will stabilise him, they can get after it, and get him through this and out the other side quicker in a more stable way. |

He's a relatively young man of famously robust constitution. So, hopefully he will be able to fight it off. I just wonder if he has been pushing himself far too hard. He's a pretty gung-ho, intrepid sort of character and probably took far too many risks believibg himself to be nigh on invincible. I'm confident he will pull through. I hope he gets rid of Dominic Cummings when he is back on his feet.

Boris whatever you think of his politics seems like a decent guy yet we have people mocking his weight whilst in an intensive care unit in hospital clearly getting aroused trolling posters on a betting forum- illustrates some up the scum that resides within the human race sadly. Individuals like " whispering death " don't need locking up, they just need taking outside and shooting in the head with the remains flushed down the toilet which would be a blessing for any civilised society.. its these type of coonts that make life a misery for everyone with their mental health issues
