We have doubled up classes as teachers have self isolated (not bunking off as they are some of the hardest working people I know) Lol - these are the jokes folks. Yes, cramming the extra children all in one room with one teacher, which by the way way, would not bother me,because I could teach a class of 40 if I had to in extreme circumstances..but in these times, I am glad to teach remotely.. About time a week or two too late, lets hope no long term consequences took my lad out yesterday daughters just finishing her A levels, there won't be any exams this year..N Number 1/ rule Never trust the tories ever |

All the schools will actually have to remain open - it turns out that EVERYBODY is on the list of "Key Workers"

How revealing - it turns out that all the little darlings with "special needs", "learning difficulties" and "behavioural issues" are the ones that have TWO parents working. So it turns out that expecting your children to be brought up by total strangers on minimum wage isn't the best thing for their well-being.
![]() ![]() Never mind - their teachers will pick up the pieces. ![]() |

Now I will be going into school from Monday and through some of the school holidays to look after the children of key workers. But I don't care (well, I do a bit on the health front) because I feel a moral obligation to do so for all those people carrying on and doing their bit for the country. It is interesting that the younger teachers are already making their excuses. F*cking pathetic generation of free loaders who think life owes them everything from eating out at restaurants twice a week to skiing holidays and then moaning that they can't afford a deposit for a house.
What is going to happen in the coming weeks and months is going to change this country because some will have to find resillience they did not know it was possible to have. Rant over. |

I would love that pauly and would honour you for it - have you ever seen children properly brought up
it is an impossibility for the whole country and referring you back to the 70s (small is beautiful) but I would refer you to Amanda Owen yorkshire shepherdess and her nine children with husband clive absolute anathema to 90 percent of our current crop |

The media bear more responsibility for this than Johnson, the BBC were screeching all over the news and phone ins - why are our schools open, putting enormous pressure on the govt to be seen to react, damned if they did and damned if they didn't. The media need to be curbed.

Nobody knows the right answer but some do and some dont, mainly in hindsight or for political gain.
Hopefully at the end of this we will get a better media. |

The media bear more responsibility for this than Johnson, the BBC were screeching all over the news and phone ins - why are our schools open, putting enormous pressure on the govt to be seen to react, damned if they did and damned if they didn't. The media need to be curbed. Are you saying Dorris is so weak he has been forced to close Schools by the BBC? |
