We are talking about a 7 year old girl here.
This is not the worst sex assault and I think she may forget it. If the police bring this sex charge to court then there has to be at least some discussion done with the 7 year on this, albeit very sensitively. The police may be taking this into account. My only defence. I am far from happy with this myself. Still Tommy Robison will get his day in court to air his views, he won't mind. |

Rotherham Police find an 11 Year old Girl drunk & being abused by 11 adult men. The girl was arrested but not the adults doing the abusing. How can this be allowed to happen. The Police officers involved & their superiors must be investigated & exposed |

It completely baffles me as well, they should be investigated ALL sex crimes must be investigated...after Jimmy Saville I thought that is what we were doing? I unreservedly withdraw my previous post, I ahve tried to highlight two things in one post..and failed miserably  There is NO EXCUSE for a sexual assault on a seven year old girl, and Tommy Robinson like any other father was enraged and punched the bloke, I cannot blame him for that.... |

Given that that police officer was attending an investigation into a report you would have thought that he would have already enquired about that. To reply he didn't know beggars belief.
PS I don't have a twitter account either I just follow a few posters for info and one of them posted that. I think Jack might be a racist tbf. lol although spot on highlighting this. In TRs case I was really surprised to learn that they needed a witness to arrest the alleged abuser. Can understand not going to court just on the 7 year olds testimony but thought an arrest and investigation were standard. Obviously not. |

The man is innocent until proven guilty. He should have given a statement under caution. He instead was questioned without being cautioned. Therefore his words are inadmissible. |
