This has echo's of the incident when TC was assaulted by the 'asian' youth who threw a milkshake over him, which was caught on camera, the lad never got touched by the police for it. Tommy's life is like a dark version of Curb Your Enthusiasm..............................................

Tommy Robinson had to be prosecuted anyway, because he took the law into his own hands
He should have reported this assault on his daughter to the police. Still Tommy Robinson won't mind, he will use the court to air his views. This is not the worst sexual assault I have ever seen, but if a man did this to a grown woman in our society, she may well have him prosecuted. So much worse a child, I hope the police took this allegation very seriously, whatever they think of TR. It is their duty. I have no idea on the truth of it, but it needs investigating. |

At this point it would appear that they haven't and this , in my opinion , is the most concerning issue . Mr Robinson's actions were probably typical of any 'ordinary' father presented with a similar situation involving their young daughter and I'm sure some would have taken the physicality of their reaction much further . Remember , this is not the first time a child victims father has been arrested , they have even arrested , charged and prosecuted a child rape victim rather than the paedophiles ! This whole episode raises some serious concerns as to the priorities of the police in cases of alleged sexual assault on a minor by members of a specific community and the attitude of a handful of posters seems to be to cloud the issue by directing their anger at Tommy Robinson rather than the abuser or the authorities . Indeed @whimperingdeath was quick to refer to his favourite topic (anal sex!) rather than make a constructive contribution to the debate . Clearly @whimperingdeath is not a father (either by fate or natural selection) otherwise his attitude would be very different ! |

People down my way would not have tried to “ apprehend “ the suspect paedo. I have made that clear several times. None of the idiots on this forum seem to understand or acknowledge that. If someone did what was purported to be done to the child I do not know anyone who would not have sought instant retribution and not getting into a scuffle or trying to “ apprehend “ the suspect either! At the very least the Police should have been called immediately and staff made aware of the situation to identify and detain the suspect. Instead Yaxley gets arrested for common assault not even abh or gbh. He manages to record a conversation with his child and put it on YouTube. His biggest gripe was that he was being arrested. There was something wrong with a publicity seeker seeking publicity using his daughter to get it. The whole thing stinks. |

I would imagine CCTV would have to be present at the pool, I also believe there are strict rules about photography in and around kids pools,for obvious reasons, so if the middle aged asian gents had there phones out around the pool, I would imagine that will have been caught on CCTV.Tommy always said 'publicly' nobody knows what his wife and kids looks like, well if someone got a tip off that Tommy and family were going to be at Centre Parks, you can see why Tommy was so concerned about what's on the gentlmen's phones. It is a bit strange, if it's true, that three men go to Centre Parks for a swim by themselves, must be bigger swimming pools near by if they wanted a proper swim? Were they there just for the day Tommy was? It could be investigated, but it probably won't be. No doubt he will get sued by the 'victim' as well, using legal aid of course..............................
