the only way to cure this problem is for the mothers of the country to give up their employment outside the home. With both parents working nowadays ,children run the streets with no control over them when school closes, they get into the wrong company, once the Mothers of the country get home and stay home to rare their children the good old clip on the ear will sort out a problem that has gone on now for 60 years. Children running round streets uncontrolled make it so easy for the groomers to shape little children's lives.AND THAT IS THE PROBLEM WHERE SOCIETY BREAKS DOWN.And it was governments who sent Mothers out to work in the first place,ITS THEIR FAULT The way society is going.imvho.
there is a chart (can't find now) from the 70s to present that shows number of women working and no of children going off the rails.
The correlation is uncanny

My grandad used to say "sometimes kids need a bit of pain"!
Not talking about beating the bejesus out of them or whacking across the head.
Plenty of pain in the hands and legs that can straighten a kid out.
I was at school when punishment ceased in the late 80's and the difference in attitude from my year to even the one below was staggering.
Kids younger than me were suddenly saying and doing things at school and to teachers that we wouldn't dream of.

Non indiginous Brits should be limited to one child for obvious reasons.
One child unless you show the means to be able to afford more.
It's common sense, but as we know there isn't much of it about
