And about a week after being acquitted he was out playing golf.

I think he got found guilty and was sentenced. Did some bird, got out on dementia then got a job! Kwality and no charge of contempt of court! |
By:
Yes, it was accepted on appeal. I haven't heard of anyone else recovering from Alzheimer's but that doesn't exclude the possibility.

poor soul , all that bending over , his knees must be killing him

Ernest Saunders..........
"On 16 May 1991, the sentence was reduced to two and a half years. Lord Justice Neill said that he was satisfied that Saunders was suffering from pre-senile dementia associated with Alzheimer's disease, which is incurable. The decision was based on evidence from Dr Patrick Gallwey, a forensic pathologist, that Saunders was unable to recite three numbers backwards, was unable to use a door and his assertion that Gerald Ford rather than George Bush was the current President of the United States" Did he put a pair of underpants on his head and stick pencils up his nose? Whatever he is still alive nearly 29 years later. |

It wasn't abortion blackbarn! I thought he stuffed knitting needles up his nose not pencils. I think you night be right though but I always thought it was knitting needles. On closer inspection it would appear gum on the end of the pencils make them look like knitting needles. I am sure plenty of others thought the same. |
By:
definitely said pencils even if they might have looked like knitting needles

His female lawyer has been called a gender traitor - seems a fair description to me.
By:
The trial is a foregone conclusion. He'll rot in jail.
By:
guilty - the girl demonstrators have the narrative

By:

very instructive |

That zimmer frame has been so close to his crotch for so long I'm sure it will get the lead in a big film soon.

Lawyers calling Judge biased, saying he should recuse. Off to a good start!

By:
Blackbarn, there was a moving obituary for Dr Gallwey in the Guardian. Surprisingly, not a mention of him helping the criminal spiv get out of jail.
By:
That zimmer is his new prop...to fool and gain sympathy from the public and those prosecuting him. But, it will all be in vain. It's so transparent he's been at it for years, and getting away with it, but no more; the despicable behaviour of a former presenter of That's Life tv programme whose name I cannot remember off-hand opened a can of worms more toxic than anything I can remember for those public figures with dodgy characters eg the didgeridoo man.

By:
Cyril Fletcher ?
By:
Nope, the former dj.
By:
You don't know he's guilty. Now that's a fact.
By:
he is definitely guilty - all those woke women with placards and very big voices said so
OK |
By:
1.0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 guilty. He'll be inside for a long time, I hope, for what's done.

Trial proper starts
Seems Weinstein injects himself to get a STIFFY ![]() ![]() ![]() |

The way this trial is going it doesn't seem to me he is going to prison. Two rape accusations and both women conveniently calling one encounter rape and there's 4-5 years of a seemingly happy relationship(with consensual sex) after the rape. Who on earth phones his rapist to help her get a membership to a club? Or accept an invitation to his party? And to top it all off, she calls the relationship 'complicated' when asked why she kept having consensual sex with her rapist after he had already raped her. They are handing it to Harvey on a plate.
Seems to me Harvey was the kind of guy who would fk ten girls giving them the hope for a role but the role would go to one and the remaining 9 would call it rape. |
