Showing Weinstein's naked picture and some jury members smiling when looking at them. Apparently to prove Jessica Mann's knowledge of how Harvey's genitals look. But I don't understand how that knowledge proves anything.
I also don't get how a person can have both female and male genitalia. Never heard of that. Harvey must be fkd up down there. |

I wonder if he'd be wheeled in some time during the trial in the future. He needs a miracle to escape his past unsavoury behaviour towards female in the industry.

Have you looked at today's proceedings? It would require a miracle to put him in jail, at least in this particular trial. If the jury finds him guilty then they are giving a horrible message to women, which is, you can be friends with anyone and the moment there's a breakup, you can accuse the guy of rape on first date.
If simply recalling the event made Jessica so emotional that the judge had to end the proceedings for the day, how did she manage to have a 5 year consensual relationship with him??? |

It's a part of the industry. There will always be enough women willing to sleep with a powerful director to get a role. At least I believe it to be that way.
And let's not forget that the media will never take Weinsteins side because of the nature of the accusations against him. No one wants to look like supporting a rapist but some of the things said in the court in the last few days have been laughable. Weinstein's walking in on that support thing was mentioned in the media but not Jessica Mann's use of a stress ball. Similarly Jessica was said to have a panic attack which ended the proceedings. Nothing of that sort happened. If it did, her lawyers would have made sure it was on the court's record as it would have helped them prove how traumatic Jessica's life is at the moment. But it was just media circus. He'll get away. And the world will cry about it for a few days, not knowing that his accusers blew it(that is, if there ever was a case). Weinstein's communication on the record has been exemplary in some cases(almost like he was deliberately writing those emails for a bad day). In what world do people thank their rapist for their support, that too in ALL CAPS??? |

What I do not understand is the amount of people who knew what he was like that turned a blind eye, men and women. Same thing has happened here. How can people just know and say or do nothing? |

that's what i mean, he's been able to act with impunity because no-ones deemed it important enough to report it . if the victims were robbed/burgled, they would report to police so why not these crimes ?
#metoo movement is for women who were sexually abused by weinstein but it also includes people who didn't report a serious crime. |

I think if anything women need to take a long hard ( no pun intended ) look at themselves.
Some men like Weinstein are monsters and the sooner they are found and locked up the better. We all have Mothers sisters and friends who are women Now the monster has been outed I believe it is time we look at who facilitates these beasts, men and women |
