It's not new. As someone said earlier he's been doing this a while - the hollywood lot know what to expect. A couple of decent jokes, but not as funny as previous ones. Personally I liked his Mel Gibson jokes from earlier years.

Whatever; and that's only a matter of opinion depending on your political viewpoint. ALL of the above were equally despicable and cowardly in their actions. (Their political allegiances are completely irrelevant - the tragedy is/was both are valid, just incompatible).
Anyway - just a minor point - didn't mean to derail the thread. For the record, I love Ricky Gervais . The Office was comedy genius. He can get a bit close to the bone but it is witty and a breath of fresh air at times from smothering political correctness. |
