Maybe I should have it done as it would probably save the NHS money in the long run, IF there is a long run that is. Laugh

If you are otherwise in good health and have someone to look after you when you come out, i'd get it done, very good success rate and you'll feel better, 71 is nothing these days, my best mate is 74 this year, still works full time as a heating engineer and plumber and still gets p1ssed regularly, also still as hard as nails, get it done mate, you've probably got a good 15-20 years ahead.

Just had to laugh reading a story on line in the sun,
https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/10558633/britains-most-married-man-called-off-engagement-wife-number-nine/

Sounds like he's come to his senses just before it was too late.

BRITAIN’S most married man has called off his engagement to planned wife number nine — an American 41 years his junior who he’s never met.

Ron Sheppard, 71, proposed to Rose Hans, 30, last month after a year-long online romance.

Ron hoped to tie the knot after a year-long online romance with Rose Hans — 41 years younger
The dad-of-eight had hoped to tie the knot with her after she had completed a nursing course in Ghana.

But the retired entertainments manager has now revealed that he’s pulled the plug.

Ron, of Somerton, Somerset, said: “We were supposed to meet on Friday. It didn’t feel like the right thing for me to do — especially when you don’t really love someone.

“She was doing all the pushing. It didn’t feel right in my heart. My love was always in a different place.”

Ron first wed in 1966.

His longest marriage lasted 13 years and the shortest just ten months.
