If the law doesn't allow these scum people to be topped then they should be locked up in solitary for the rest of their lives.No communication with other prisoners,no phone or computer and nothing to read (assuming he can ). Forget human rights crap just make a few examples and the other scum will get the message. |

Since the scum have not got the message that if you commit murder live on cctv you will be rounded up sharpish, I am not sure they will get any message. |
