These documentaries are absolute piffle.
If you want to know the real reason that Adolf Hitler despised the Jewish people you must read Mein Kampf because you will never get it from these ridiculous documentaries that follow the same childish story eveytime. The stroy told is that the German people were 'tricked' by Hitler A little research into the history of European Jews shows that there was a lot of bad feeling against the European Jews hundreds of years before Hitler was even born. Just the reason that hundreds of thousands of Jewish people were in Eastern Europe is a story in itself. Why were they there? Oh yes expelled from Russia and other places. Why were the expelled?Pogroms against the European Jewish people were common throughout Russia and Eastern Europe centuries before Adolf Hitler was born but no we are told the ill feeling towards them is all down to one man In Mein Kampf Hitler tells of coming into contact with Orthodox Jews for the first time when he was aged in his early Twenties. On the streets of Vienna he would often debate with Orthodox Jews who he found impossible to reason with. Often Hitler stated that would win the argument only for the very next day the Jew would be on the same street arguing his original argument that Hitler had defeated the previous day. He found them impossible to reason with. Why did Russia expel thousands of Jewish people? Why were there hundreds of Pogroms against European Jews in the 1800s'? The reasons behind the rise of the Nazis and the Holocaust is a very complected affair and the documentaries shown today on the subject barely touch the surface and instead prefer to go along the same old PC line of it was all Hitlers fault. One man? Really? I have a Polish colleague at work who is originally from Gdańsk. His anti-Semitic are shocking. He talks of pre-war Jewsish domination as being the reason behind his views. |

It just seems strange to me that the history of the European Jews is largely ignored when the subject of the Nazis or Hitler is discussed. Why was there so much ill feeling towards these people? There always seems to be ill feeling towards these people no matter what the era. Yet the documentaries of today only point towards one man tricking a nation. Everything leading upto to Hitlers rise tends to be ignored. The big question is the HOLOCAUST, we may not like people, but that does that give us the right to kill them? My email correspondent says it has been exaggerated. I think alot of people believe that both German and Jewish people were living side side as happy as Larry until one day an evil man called Adolf Hitler tricked the German people into hating the Jewish people. The majority immigrants today seem to be Muslims or Blacks. There is a continual number of threads complaining about these two groups on here. If we go back to pre WW11, the majority immigrant groups were Jews and the Irish. So the same thing happened, complaints against immigrants, even though they were different immigrants It is a human condition societies tend to resent immigrants. Does this explain the Jewish problem, they have always been immigrants everywhere, as they did not have a country of their own at that time. Or is there a special problem with the Jews, steve, I really don't know? |

Hitler did not believe in one book, he was born nominally a Christian. Unless you include the Bible as well in this. There is a better reason for not marrying nieces, the genetics are too close, we then get problems with inter breeding. |
