Animals do have death realization and often pine to death for their family.

A few blobs of transient jelly on a damp rock lost in the vastness of space consider themselves to be part of a "Universal Consciousness". You couldn't make it up (although they did).

There is no rock and there is no space, see I'm really fighting against it with these blobs of jelly! Put forward a half decent proposal and we can have a debate. Unfortunately you have no idea of what you are on about and are ultimately going to make those bodies look very silly indeed.

The blob writes a response. The sequencing demonstrates the presence of spacetime.
The blob is in denial. The blob looks very silly indeed.

This is what i learned so far on this thread (well,i think i have learned)
1=There is no such thing as reality,and all i see and hear is imagined.
2-my body is only a group of molecules stuck together  and is only a vehicle for carrying my ball of consciousness round this planet.
3=if i close my eyes i am in contact with the real me(but its not me its the consciousness making me imagine it is me)
4=my consciousness takes instructions from a super consciousness in the form of thoughts delivered.
5=but my consciousness is really tricking me into thinking this is happening and its all a dream.
6=it is a nothingness and everything is energy ,and my consciousness is a tiny bit of that energy,
7=and the thoughts that enter my consciousness are random even with my eyes closed.but influenced by my imagined reality when my eyes are open.
8=its all a dream.
