Dreadful and appalling news....
I said on another thread, that I can't believe how anyone would want to join the force, at this time! |

Death Penalty The only option going forward, everything else has failed.
the time for parasite defence lawyers defending the undefendable are coming to an end |

Until we are out of the ehrc ,ain't going to happen.

Fear of a rope around their neck or electric chair would sort it out .....but according to a chap I know ,salmon dinners , computer courses etc await them .

Ages arrested for this starting at 13. Poor Newcastle man just stabbed to death in shopping centre by teenagers aged 14-17.
It's constant reminders like this that should lead the hand wringers who want to raise the age of criminal responsibility to 16 to get a reality check. But they won't. |

revisit all last months threads where people questioned which 30/40 ,000 lemmings pattel and bojo had lined up to do a job with no obvious advantages and a book load of disadvantages, same as his promise to recruit more prison officers who in their right mind would volunteer for either
By:
maybe bojo and pattel, botel could do a Cameron poundland operation and make people join police or prison service to get their giro

We need to support our Police and they need to support us. One of the problems is that there is a class of people who have no respect for the Law or the Police. They feel they can get away with anything. Too many people are living in fear.
Brexit / Remain is a sideshow while our Country is going to hell in a hand cart. I daresay we will all continue to have our differences into causes and what needs to be done but we cannot allow this lawlessness to continue. This disgusting murder follows the death on an innocent man in Newcastle who got murdered while trying to stop a fight. Hard to imagine your loved one is not coming home after going to work. |

This is the main problem imo. nothing will improve until this is rectified. |

approved schools, detention centres, borstals all gone by the wayside, & nothing replaced them except tea & sympathy
By:
Devils advocate is we don't know if it's a murder given he was hit by a car, could've been accident trying to get away.
Which is different from sticking a screwdriver into a mans chest as in Newcastle. |

join the dots
news rep0rt on skynews today about premiership footballers spending 100,s of thousands on 24 security, been saying for years on various posts on here that if very rich people think they are going to be allowed to go on living their live unaffected while all around them the poor get poorer ,their living in dream land, been rich under 24 hr guard in a gated community is been life poor, not saying its right but you cant have civilised countries and people when the disparity between rich and poor widens by the day |
By:
The rich don't realise how vulnerable they are, they can go out and hire security all they like, but if people want to get at them its game over for the rich guy simple as that, don't pi** people off.
Who saw Connor McGregors punch of an old man yesterday? that bloke really should be laying low after that, there's going to be people out there that will finish him off quickly and it wont be pleasant for McGregor, don't want to see people brutally murdered but we are heading down that road. As for coppers, been saying it for a while now that they are better off quitting the force, because they have no chance if it kicks off in this country, and the coppers will be the first to get the treatment, turn a blind eye or suffer will be the message to them. |
By:
McGregor likes to think he's an hard man, but he's a little bully and little bullys are soon dealt with in the real world
By:
A quick example of the cops being totally powerless is this
A man round my way ripped off the local drug dealers, they dragged him out of his house in front of his wife and kid, and gouged one of his eyes out right in front of the wife... the cop who lived a few houses up came out and asked them to stop... was met with a simple go away or your next, and don't go blabbing to your mates at the station. That cop didn't say a word ![]() |

What adults would take children out on a burglary. And ten of them? Were they doing a big mansion or something?
Sounds rather odd for a burglary? What sort of group would act like that? |
By:
there is no deterrent in a cop anymore; they do not look like bad/good boys/girls anymore. They are trained by blokes who have never had a street fight. Too small - too young - no life experience. This used to be the exception to the rule, now it's norm, as is travelling on their own

the diff between a Yank cop & a Brit one is not just the gun
By:
Half the yanks Cops are on Steroids and allowed to murder people, that is the difference!
By:
Re "Connor McGregor" just saw that, that's pathetic cowardice, a trained "martial artist" standing and punching a grey haird old man sitting down blindsided not even looking at him.
I've heard so many times Boxing is a great way of channeling rough kids into a positive thing, I've my own theory it makes rough young men better at fighting.... |
By:
& i suppose the Brit cop has never murdered anyone?
By:
as for steroids; i doubt that very much but the good old Pc could do with going to the gym a bit more (when they're old enough)
By:
lots of ex police hitting the airwaves with half truths and lies today the usual police go towards trouble not away, when everyone no,s services such as the police, firebrigade, emergencey service,s are trained to avoid putting themselves at risk, wait for back up,risk asscesments etc before deciding on plan of attack etc
By:
i think we can all remember Lee Rigby

By:
A shoplifter walks into a store every morning and walks out with gear - staff do not stop him
our friends who get around a lot park where they like - pass dud 20s - fight - threaten people if they don't take the dosh polis don't want to know - they might get hurt - I do not joke - and you wonder why people's perceptions have changed It ain't an easy job though, when you know you won't get any back up from the highly processed university 'right thought', common purpose produced 'intelligentsia' at the top. |

as for steroids; i doubt that very much
Have you been to America Baph? Not just as a tourist. Have you been there? The drug culture is out of control. They start them off at school to keep them quiet and stop being hyper. The the jocks take growth hormones and steroids for sport. There is an opioid epidemic. |
By:
I,m not knocking them. just giving an opinion why their not built like brick shoitehouses anymore size etc doesn't matter if your trained to avoid confrontation
By:
the student lobby were allowed to take over the Social Services years ago. That went well, did it not
By:
Will McGregor be investigated. I doubt the old man will bother to press charges but I hope someone does. That sort of behaviour gives thugs licence to do what they want and think it is ok.
By:
i've been many times, WD & it's a sweeping accusation you're making. No doubt some do, as they do elsewhere, but it's more their mind i am talking about
By:
Mc Gregor is a fannee and one of the luckiest 'fighters' on planet earth, his boxing ability is woeful he's incredibly slow and has zero cardio off the gear.
By:
He's in the same league as Ronda Rousey?
Both just happened to be decent when the sport was in its infancy and there was no real competition, both won early on and made a fortune before being found out, one hopped it off to WWE and the other is beating on old men in boozers Say no more |

A newlywed 28-year-old police officer murdered while responding to reports of a burglary was described by his devastated family today as the 'loveliest person that you will ever meet'.
PC Andrew Harper was allegedly struck by a car in Sulhamstead, Berkshire, and dragged under it for a distance, before being hit by another car last night. PC Harper had married his fiancée Lissie on July 18 in a 'dream wedding', and they were due to go on a honeymoon next week to celebrate. Relatives said they were left 'devastated' by his death but added that they were 'so proud of him'.
