Terry
Does not really bother me on what thread you post.

Does not really make much difference as you will swear, show a lack of education, show a lack of intelligence, show a lack of understanding of the topic and refuse to answer the most basic of questions.

I did not expect you to be able to answer a simple Physics question , so don't feel bad.

Henry wins to be honest, he's made one copy/paste post then b*ggered off and being chit chat it's turned it into yet another huge pointless flame war, as trolling goes it's a very efficient method Laugh.

I'm sure you know how Newton's first law works. The more they push it up your bum the more you resist.

I've just wasted about 12 minutes reading this thread and have learnt very little.

I was open to learning quite a bit as i am probably a tad physics weak.

3 hours is quite a watch unless you are needing to validate, in which case why watch.

To be Honest i think Bin Laden is alive and well and has become an excellent pilot.

Not ONE person on earth can explain how a lumbering 500 mph airplane got within 50 miles of the pentagon before being intercepted.

How it managed to breach airspace

How it managed to maintain that speed and angle of descent

How it managed to evade all the lights/structures without crashing or at least taking off the wings and blowing into pieces. Most of the fuel is stored in the wings.

You could go on and on including the size of the hole in the pentagon and the debris.

Everybody focuses on the towers but the real story is at the pentagon.
For me the rest is collateral damage

The only comparison I can make is two guys walking into Fort Knox unarmed and stealing all the gold as they had forgot to close the vault doors.
If that was on the news what would you say??

Must have been an inside job!

Juice

if you actually do have the understanding of aeronautics & air crashes you claim you do - then it would be a doddle to answer a Physics question intended for 14 year old children with average intelligence.

Come on Juice- humour us, after all the title of the thread is "Interesting Physics "
How about answering that very basic Physics question about kinetic energy.

Or maybe you believe there is somewhere to hide?

As I was about to state, I'm not a physicist therefore I won't get embroiled in that.
That's where the misinformation and disinformation comes in

Answer the question about how a 500 mph plane managed to get past the air defences

I'm not an engineer or a physicist so I'm not going to make a tool out of myself opining about stuff I don't know about.
The other stuff is common sense, something that isn't very common

The odds of the air defences being down at the exact time a terrorist is flying a plane towards the pentagon are about a googol to 1!

I'm a massive anti Islam guy but I don't believe this was orchestrated by them. They aren't smart enough or have the capabilities/intel

strange things happen.American elite delta force(thats the so called best of the best crack commandos)surrounded a tent in a desert in afghanistan.
They knew Bin Laden was in the tent and decided to take him alive.they all closed in and the front of the tent opened and Bin LADEN RODE OUT ON A MOTOR BIKE And was away and gone before anyone could realize what was happening. And that is trueLaughLaughLaughLaughLaugh

Look at the men we sacrificed in WW1 going over the top in the battle of the Somme
On July 1, 1916, there were 57,470 British casualties in one day!!
It was such a massacre that the Germans allowed bodies to be taken away
One of the worst moments in our history.

Citizens are expendable and govt's don't care
2500+ lives on 911 is nothing to create a narrative

Nice one Juice

You have a way to go to beat Terry's "s41t at English " quote but you are getting there will this one

I'm not going to make a tool out of myself

Top bombing Juice.

Yep why should people who choose to contribute to an "Interesting Physics " thread be expected to answer a Physics question intended for a 14 year old. Really advanced stuff Juice- yet you don't know how yo use the Internet to find the answer.

Top marks in common sense Juice. Have much of an academic career Juice- still you have solved the non existent mystery of 9/11.
Well done!

It's a 911 thread as well as a 'physics' thread

You still can't answer the question though can you fùckwit!

Stop crying and answer the question on a Physics thread which any 14 year old of average intelligence could answer.

Btw I can answer your off topic question.

The "air defences " we're not "down" as your bias question claimed.
Actually the "air defences " we're not designed to shoot down passenger jets. There had been high jacking before 2001 & the "norm" was to fly to an airport rather than crashing into a building.

So any chance you could attempt to answer a simple Physics question on a Physics thread?

Come on Juice- a child could do it.

Why do the uneducated tin foil hat loons resort to swearing when asked a question which a child could answer.?

Very poor behaviour..

I've tried watching the video you gave a link to and found it the most boring thing I've ever watched. I defy anyone to follow what she's on about. If you call that evidence a plane never crashed into the Pentagon then you must have followed all the 'quotes' she gives. I have actually looked at a good few things she said and can't agree with her. She's giving her opinion which should be taken at face value and not as fact.

It matters not if the girder is swung at your hand or you swing your hand at the girder; assuming the impact is at the same speed, the injury to your hand would be the same

Is this correct?
