1841 The Murders In The Rue Morgue was first published. Conan Doyle based Sherlock Holmes on Auguste Dupin, the master of observation. A Narrative Of Arthur Gordon Pym of Nantucket was a great read too Bap. A remarkable story of later coincidence, which needs no explaining to a well read man as yourself. |

Try reading books by M.J.Trow He has 2 good series Kit Marlow stories which are a combination of history and fact
and the"mad max" nothing to do with the film and nothing remotely like it.Max is a schoolteacher who somehow seems to get involved in murders Bits of humour too "It is pizza for class 7ff lunch today Watching them eat is like like watching a row of tumble dryers at the launderette |
