The majority of the islands GDP comes from farming. A fair %age from tourism and the remainder fishing and fishing rights. Not too sure any of that was on the go in the 1700s anxious. Want another go? |

There is more in the pipeline. 8 frigates being built in Scotland.
The current fleet much more of a threat than that of Argentina and Spain combined so no worries. |

Most people don't know the definition of racist either, they just chuck it about
racist - believing that a particular race is superior to another. I would think a lot of people think their race is superior to others. The term has been bastardised to be inclusive of hate too. People can be racist without the hate factor being involved. |

We've already shown that the reasons you say why we went were wrong. Offshore Oil exploration didn't exist back then plus of course no one then knew there was oil under the sea bed. There are no major mineral deposits on the islands. So another of your reason shot down. Although tbf I cant debunk the "other stuff" theory. You infer that MrsT wanted to go to war for her own ends which is quite surprising given how much time she spent trying to get a diplomatic solution and calling on the Americans for help by asking them to try and get Argentina to enter into talks. Want another go? |
