His interview was very funny. The coward attributed the blame on his shameful performance to everyone but himself. It was all the media’s fault. He’d fit in so well on here.

On a European election night when the Brexit party dominated across the UK, perhaps the most eye-catching story in North West England was the humiliating drubbing suffered by the anti-Islam activist Tommy Robinson.

Having claimed for weeks to be on the crest of an international movement – one that elected Donald Trump in the US – the man whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon had expected to “walk into Brussels like Connor McGregor” upon his election.

In the end, Robinson won only 2.2% of the vote – losing his £5,000 deposit – and sneaked out of the election count in central Manchester barely an hour after he had arrived. He tried to put a brave face on it, claiming the establishment had “arranged and organised” for him to be banned from social media to scupper his election bid, but it was a resounding defeat for the founder of the English Defence League.

Do you think he is preaching to the wind, and that no one else sees what he sees? Hope Not Hate says anti-Muslim prejudice is growing fast.

'A report from the charity carries a poll suggesting 35% third of Britons thought Islam was "generally a threat to the British way of life".
This compares with 30% who thought it was compatible.'

They are increasingly troublesome and people will increasingly dislike it. They will be heard.

Oh yes supporters of Islam will see this as a good result.

But Tommy can't blame the media, for look at Nigel's success.
The media did their best to scupper his chances as well, and the electorate showed them a clean pair of buttocks by coming out in their droves to back Nigel.

And as BNP supporters might point out - ''one of our boys made it,'' Nick Griffin.

And no party in politics has ever had a worse press than the BNP.

If that trend continues then the UK will have a Muslim majority population sometime around 2087.

They'll be in control long before then. They don't need a majority for that with the way our voting system works.

They've already taken over the Labour party and many councils with the ones they've got now.
The media and the police seem to be firmly in their grip as well.

'So, given all of that, can any of the Islamic apologists on here care to explain to me how that does not pose an existential threat to liberal democracy? I’d absolutely love you to demonstrate that I’m worrying unnecessarily.'

Good luck with that, you won't get a decent reason on here or anywhere else. You will simply be told to accept the takeover because it is wrong to oppose it.

People are concerned at the growth of Islam in Europe. If expressing this concern is construed as incitement to hatred-whatever that means- by some, it is because we are denied a legitimate dialogue about it between governments and public. There simply is no elephant, so nothing to discuss. We are beginning to see how well this is working.

Anyone with a agenda to discredit the writer that is.

Most reasonable people will view it as an observation and nothing else.

Tommy got 40k votes.

He was banned from Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Snapchat and Instagram. He couldn't raise money in any conventional way like other candidates. He was given little or no air time by the MSM.

The appalling scenes in Oldham where Greater Manchester Plod ESCORTED 2-300 Muslim Defence League men miles to where Tommy held a rally were not given coverage.. They threw bricks and bottles and children and women had to flee.

They smashed up a panda car and at one point 5 of them attacked one man.

If this had been any other candidate it would have been headline news for days if not weeks.

I'd say 40k was a great effort.

I don't have much time for any religion but the attempt to portray any of them as all thinking
in one way and demonise them is absurd. Christian fundamentalists are just as unhinged as islamic
ones.

TR has said time and time again that Muslims are the primary victims of Islam. A refusal to criticise Islam is ultimately a collusion in the subjugation of Muslims worldwide.

Islam is an ideology, Muslims are people. It's really not that hard. You'd need to be fairly spectacularly dense to criticise someone over an accident of birth.

By:

I'm not refusing to criticise it, I think it is genuinely bonkers but so is Christianity or Hinduism imho.
Islam is not an ideology as such, there is ideology within it that is read into it. They don't all agree
on it.
